Title: Points Deduction Arbitration Vote
Description: Case #1 Cupster v Bridgey
cuppy - April 23, 2008 11:11 AM (GMT)
Well it appears certain personages may feel the point deduction for Mr Bridge was unlawful, and as such an arbitration vote has been set up. If I may briefly explain the events surrounding this case....
During a rebel meet prior to a match, the above mentioned, in general conversation, openly said his one bullet one rebel choice would be the very friendly, very nice Cuppy. This shocking statement caused emotional damage, not to mention the pain of the bullet wound and resulted in a 15 point deduction from the predictor league. After a lengthy court case the deduction was reduced to 2 points.
An abitration vote has now been set up to question the validity of the 2 point deduction, and as such you each have 1 vote to determine whether Mr Bridge was unfairly punished and should receive his 2 points back, or if infact his behaviour was indeed worthy of this deduction.
The poll is now open and will be closed on or before the 1st May.
Thank you
Cuppy

Reinstate the full 15!!!
Only got to overtake Rich then.... :mask:

If Si's threat of a bullet didn't break any Cuppy rules then he should get all the points back. However, as I do not know the full story I will not be casting a vote even though it wouldn't be advantageous to my own cause.

Mr bridge deserves his points to be re-instated. From what ive read there's only one side to this story, weve not heard mr bridges summary of events.
Mr GEORGE QC

If keeping with football appeal voting traditions I didn't bother reading the facts or arguments and just voted yes.
I am not going to catch him so it doesn't matter to me :P

If as loyal Leeds supporters you truly beleive Leeds deserve there 15 points back because of the injustice of the Football league then YES I also deserve my points back.Any one who knows me will be aware that I was only joking when i said it Cuppy as far as i'm concerned is a super star with all the HARD work she put's into 606 rebels.
GIVE LEEDS AND BRIDGEY THERE POINTS.

The accused's guilt is not in question.
However, Ms. Cupster. Did the Ruling of 'No-one is allowed to shoot the owner/runner/m'duck of the prediction league' come into force before the accused made his grossly unfair statement?
Can I have 15pts?

He should be deducted another 15 plus his initial 15 for not using the word there or their properly too...

and an extra 5 for capitalising the word 'HARD'.
Curious.

Well, I was going to vote for you to have your points back and then I noticed your spelling / grammar. Therefore, my vote goes with Cuppy

Personally i believe his Grammer should not enter into this, she was a lovely lady, whos birthday it would have been today.
Had Rich been concentrating on predicting, rather than afternoon delight, i believe this league would have been wrapped up by now, I do feel though that the initial comments on the bullet for Cuppy scandal, were a back handed compliment, as they were made tongue in cheek, the bullet was to be fired in Cuppy's direction, not aimed at her, merely as a scare tactic, she was the main contender at the time in the race to this title, a threat if you will, this also came a couple of weeks after the innocent Cupster had murdered Bridgey's brother and shown no subsequent remorse. I believe, he acted out of character, i feel a fine of say, drinks all round all evening on Saturday should fit the crime, a points deduction is not required. May i add that he was never involved in the "has Cuppy rigged the away attendance campaign" quite the opposite, he was appalled that anyone would think such. This i think shows, he has already rehabilitated from the earlier crime.
