Title: Another Good Performance
Description: Brighton game

I've just watched this game on LUTV and I must say that we still look a very good team. I have watched all games this season (on the telly) and as an attacking outfit were are very good indeed. We get the ball forward quickly without using hoofball tactics and the final ball seems to be of a good quality a lot of the time. We always look dangerous and i think that rather than opposition goalies having games of the season against us we are making them work really hard, which in turn makes them look as if they are having "one of those games". Against Brighton we could easily of had 5 or 6.
I have also noticed the team spirit running through the team. Everyone is very tactile. Not in the american high five and whoop a lot way, but there's a lot of back patting, hand shaking and general acknowledgement etc going on. That and Becchio and Beckford share a hug before the start of the game (unless that means something else and they aren't strictly foo foo).
It's a pity that there's another 6 or 7 teams also going well at the moment and we have a chance to show ourselves against one of them this weekend, Millwall away.

Looks good, but this lack of concentration in the last few minutes could cost us dear. keystone Cops defending for that one, even with White's pace he couldn't get across in time to get a block on it. Delph is looking the business more every time I see him. Fingers crossed at the weeekend.

i think the thing about saturday that most impressed me (apart from frazer and hughsie's inter-changing *swooches hands about in a kinda crossy motion type thing*) was that the midfield now looks balanced.
individually there may be better players in each position, however, these four from saturday just seem to fit eaach others style of play. hughes in particular.....
unfortunately, our big problem now is the middle 3 - by that i mean the keeper and the two centre halves. not entirely sure how rui managed to keep his palce after last weds but we'll give him the benefit of the doubt. can't see him playing on sat now tho. anyone seen huntington?

Great going forward and in the middle but I agree with Kirst on the centre half and keeper positions. You never know what Lubo is going to do and Lucas doesn't command the area or speak to the defence. Hopefully we'll iron out the problems but at times it's like watching one of Keegan the Quitter's (spit spit spit) teams, "We're gonna score one more than you"
Minor grumble really coz we're a hundred times better to watch than last year.
