Hi

We are still deciding do we use OAA or caravan parks when we arrive. Can anyone recommend any nice caravan parks and what they are roughly?? We hope to arrive about November if house sell goes through.

just booked brightoncaravanpark for 1st of sept and found them extremely helpful also the site seems great value and perfectly placed to explore the coast,hills and the city

Yes we loved it at Brighton, had the deluxe cabin I think it was, which gave plenty of room for us with 2 kids. You're right on the beach, there's a playground on site for smaller kids, free bbq's to use, laundry, even an internet terminal (coin in the slot type) in the laundry which I used to use while the washing went round. Ah happy days :rolleyes:

Peter the site manager is very friendly and helpful, and if you do have kids it's worth knowing that he's very strict with cars only going at crawling speed through the site. Only residents vehicles can get in through a security barrier, though the site is open and unfenced therefore anybody might wander through on foot, not that we ever felt this was a problem.

Hi there , has anyone stayed at Adelaide shores caravan park, west beach?. It looks nice but is it within easy access of places lie the tax office, Flinders Private hospital? any help or other suggestions would be useful
