Hi Ian
My daughter goes to Hallett cove south primary so can't really tell you much about the High school. It does get a good name though, but Fiona's (fizzbot) daughter foes there and I know she enjoys it, maybe pm her and ask. Her shippers don't arrive until october so I know she has ltd access to a computer but she is the one to ask.

Hi,
My two boys have been attending Hallet Cove School for approx 1 and a half weeks. Its a nice school and broadly spaced out, there is plenty of shaded areas.
so far the staff seem really nice. My older boy is 15 and the youngest 9 years. The older boy has gone into year 10 and the youngest year 3. Hallet Cove is a really lovely area with beautiful views of the sea. I would recommend it. Keep in touch if you decide to move here. We have only been here for around four weeks so just getting used to it.

My son also attends Hallett Cove R-12 wasnt sure about it at first as very different to the schools in the UK but it seems to be ok now like everything else takes time to adjust.
He has been in the school for nearly 3 months now he loves it.

Hi my 2 daughters like alamo said go to R-12. Kirstie is 13 and is in yr 8 again ( just finished this year when we left uk in July) and Becky is in yr 10 but does some yr 11 subjects as well. They have both said how incredibly friendly everyone is there and how suprised they were at the number of Brittish kids. Very laid back compared to a UK school and that does take a bit of getting used too. My son goes to the south Primary and loves it there - he has come on in leaps and bounds in just over 4 weeks - they don't pigeon hole you here the way UK schools do and that has made the difference to him.
