Howard has just shown me this website, where you can keep your web bookmarks online and access them over the internet from wherever you may be at the time, internet cafe, library or whatever.

Also - if you use Firefox (much better than IE in my opinion) you can export your bookmarks and email them to yourself. That way you can easily move them to another computer.
i copied mine and sent them as an email to my hotmail account.
