I took this one a few months ago for a previous occupier.

They look like public housing units (flats) from the outside. Either ground or first floor. Nearby station (Tonsley line), nearby park for the kids.

We stayed in Clovelly Park but on Oak Ave, in something very siimilar to the above pictures. Clean, basic, had what we needed to keep us going until we found a private rental and out stuff arrived,

Close to Marion Mall, Brighton Beach, has little deli shop at South Road junction, close to bus stops and fair decent bus service. Train station nearby but trains only ran til about 6 or 7 at night and not at weekends......

Our son went to Flinders Uni and I worked voluntary in the creche up at the hospital both within walking distance.

No problems with noise or neighbours.....generally OK,,,think Annette(moderator)stayed nearby too in their OAA, maybe you could PM her for more info.


Hope this helps, don't think you have much to worry about...well we didnt. The only down side was the was no air con, and we had a few days at 38! :68:

Yep, that was our little place for a while. I thought it was excellent. Very conveniently located, nice neighbours, quiet area. Nice, clean and recently redecorated. Furniture was nice and new, all the basics were there. Great for public transport links, but as Spaview said, the trains only run 'till 6, but there are buses that run later. The train station is literally just around the corner.
