We have just been granted OAA and were wondering if there is a set rental cost and if so how much is it?

ps We arrive on the 27th of May.

It differs from one property to the next. We paid $188 per week, all inclusive, for our furnished 3 bedroom townhouse in Clovelly Park, which is ridiculously cheap... :D

We paid $165 per week for a 3 bed semi in Clearview.

I paid $128 per week for a 2 bedroom dump in Glenelg.

Where about is your OAA ?

We haven't been told where our OAA is yet.

Obviously some treperdation involved but it is just a buffer that buys us some time until we get our first rental.

We paid $160 for a 3 bed in Klemzig - all bills and gardener included!

Freinds of ours payed $130pw for a 3 bed in novar gardens. It was very basic but had everything (except t.v) bit like an old fashioned basic holiday chalet. This included all electric, gas, water. It saves you an absolute fortune and gives you time to look at areas that you would like to be in, this could be a big factor on how well you settle here - we had 2 weeks to find somewhere !! I wish we had been entitled.

We are paying $162 per week including all bills in a 3 bedroom house in Christie Downs.

We're paying $144 a week for a 2 bed unit in Glandore. Can't really fault it.
