Hi - I’ve read some of your posts whilst in England, which was a great help to us, you all seem very friendly and helpful, so i was hoping for some advice, we have been here now just under 13wks and want to buy a house, we like One Tree Hill, your views on the area would be much appreciated!

It has a nice "village"feel about it including the "Black smith Inn" some nice new houses on larger than normal blocks, and some older houses in the main street, you could still find some acerage availble. On the downside it gets a little busy on the weekends as it is on the main road to Para-wirra NAT park. ;) mm

Some friends of ours have a winery and a house there with land. It is their dream to move in and live there full time.

From what I've seen its really nice, very village like.

Lived at Hillbank around 10 years ago, which is just down the hill. One Tree Hill was very nice as I remember it. some rural properties too. Wish I could live there but it is a long way from the city.
