Title: Bracegirdles House of Fine Chocolate
Description: 31 Jetty Road, Glenelg - go there!

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm! :P Did I get a treat today! My children took me to Bracegirdles chocolate shop in Jetty Road, Glenelg for a treat. And what a treat it was! It's a lovely cosy little shop with seating upstairs in two rooms and a narrow balcony outside. It sells all kinds of chocolatey things and also served a variety of chocolate yummies... There are also savoury things to start off with...
We had Belgian waffles with a pot of melted chocolate to pour over, ice cream and sliced strawberries. Absolutely delicious! Just sinful. They make proper hot (drinking) chocolate (not the instant stuff) and also serve "real" hot chocolate like they make it in Switzerland and Italy (melted chocolate you sip). I had the chillie hot chocolate and have now added that to the long list of chocolate addictions I already have.
What can I say - go there, you won't be disappointed. There are cosy squashy leather chairs and a nice private separate little room up the stairs. We sat outside though and it was lovely watching the hustle and bustle of Jetty Street.
It's opposite Wendy's and the Good Life organic Pizza place.

I had a girls night out there - chocolate heaven!! I also love the hot chilli chocolate - not spicy just warms you from the inside out (good job given the cold of late). I also had the chocolate fondue with half fruit, half 'lollies' (sweets). Yum!! :D

We were in the area today and parked in the one car park vacant in the street. I said to hubby, "Oh, there's meant to be a chocolate shop here that's really good. Wonder where it is." So we got out of the car, and found we were parked right in front of it!!! Had the chocolate fondue with fruit and a hot choc. Yum, but wouldn't want any more chocolate than that in one go!
