Still for the price - look at all the space in the house. I have just helped a couple buy a property for £200K that is like a matchbox on a bland new build estate. I know which I would prefer for the sameish figures.
It's hard to believe people live in houses like the second one but horses for courses and all that.

Actually I find that sort of house so pretentious I wouldn't want anything to do with it.... he's probably overpricing it as he's had it up for sale for months, with different agencies, and I've only just got round to memorising the web address off the board and looking it up.
As for the underground one - I must admit there is quite an attraction to a permanent inside temp of 21 - 26 degrees with no heating or cooling costs - it was under 10 degrees in the house this morning at 7.30 when we got up!!!!
Also I love the idea of just digging out an extra room any time you feel cramped!
The underground home....hmmmm.... I just wonder what the man in the picture is doing with his hands....
Then again, perhaps I don't want to know!!
