We always use the Hays survey as well. It's very good. I have to say, as a school support staff member, I'm earning about a third more than I did in the UK for same hours and holidays off! :yeehah: And soon set to rise as well - I'm not complaining at all! :D

Hi Elaine, I'm temping at the moment for a mining company. Its really good there. The people are lovely and the work isn't stressful at all. I can't take on a permanent job yet cos I'm due to go back in hospital at the end of October and I don't want to feel pressured to go back to work.
