we are planning to stay in singapore for a few days and i have noticed a couple of others who are planning to do the same, so has anyone who has already done this got any must see places they would recommend?cheers paul :thumbs up:

We are stopping in Singapore, for 3 days in October, if you are flying with Singapore airlines then they have a stopover package, which includes free entry to the zoo, night safari and reduced entry to other attractions, we have run out of time to do everything this time!
We found that they had the cheapest flights as well and we are staying in what seems to be a decent 4 star hotel for £70 for four for 2 nights. We contacted Singapore directly at their Glasgow office and spoke to Gordon as they were recommended to us by 2 separate people and we have found them superb. Hope this helps.

You could try Sentosa with the kids it has a woodland walk and an entertainment area (that had just closed when we got there) but you must stay for the dancing fountain you need to get to that at least 30 mins before it starts could be worth taking a picnic. There are also 3D rides there as well.
The riverside area has lots of resturants.

What dates in October are you there? we get to singapore 9th October and leave on 12th. We have booked through Lees Travel who have booked us with singapore so we have got the overnight packages 3 for the price of 2, and free entry into parks etc. Where are you staying? we havent confirmed our hotel yet, going to ring them tomorrow, checking them out first on internet.
