I am shipping my cat too and have not heard about the ones you mention. One company that seems to be recommended is Golden Arrow. They are based in Shropshire I think. Not sure if that helps. They don't have a website by the way. If you want their phone number, PM me and I'll dig it out. They seem good on the phone!

Thanks for the reply, the ones listed are in reasonably close proximity to where we live. I didn't want to add another 2.5 hours in either direction to our animals journey going further afield.

didn't use any of those, but used ladyhaye, who were good, but i did had to correct them on the timing of vaccinations needed!!

We used Airpets
They were FAB!!!
100% recommend them!

We used Golden Arrow - even though we lived near London.
Fantastic service - highly recommend.

Airpets shipped my two old cats - couldn't fault them. I asked for two water containers in each, cos I'd heard it sometimes spills if it's a bumpy flight, and I gave them some nice fluffy Vetbed for the moggies to lie on...when I met them off the flight it was all just as I'd asked, they'd not cut any corners at all. They boarded them at Heathrow for a couple of days before the flight too, and were just very helpful. By the way, they are right by Heathrow so extremely easy to get to.

Airpets flew our dog out in October 2005. They collected him when they said, boarded him and of course managed to put him on the plane etc.

They did everything correct. I would have liked more information on how the process was going and what we had to sort out at the other end, but these matters may be down to my over-concern for all things doggy rather than any real fault of theirs.

Would recommend Dogtrainers at this end to transport your pet from Melbourne to Adelaide. Lovely kennels in the hill in case your pet arrives before you have pet friendly accomodation sorted.

Used Golden Arrow and Jetpets (aussie end) couldn't fault them both were excellent. don't have the number to hand sorry!!
