I can have a drive round and check it out for you if you want.

Its not far from where I live. If its in Golden Grove it shouldn't be a problem. I expect I could take a photo of the outside and the street if you like.

Juniper would be about a 10 minute walk to the Golden Grove Shopping centre and EVERYTHING you need. There is a bus route 2 minute walk from Juniper but the main bus is at the centre. Its probably a 3 minute drive from where we live at Wynn Vale. You have the GG high school just a short walk aswell plus the private schools. You won't go wrong with the location, remember its just till you get settled. What number Junip[er is it, i will drive by tonight.

we stayed there for two weeks in December! I can honestly say we were pleasantly surprised, especially after readng some of the OAA stories on here.
It is situated in a very quiet street and is a modern, well kept little house. Basic fittings, cooker, beds, kettle etc. All we needed to buy straight away was bed clothes and a small telly. And with Tea Tree Plaza 5 minutes away by car, that was no problem either. Only minor drawback was no aircon, but hey, you can't have everything! Very good local amenities, shops, swimming centre, library with internet access etc. A good place to settle back and get your breath a bit. Only problem for us was we were planning on settling down south, so reccies involved a bit of a drive, but other than that, not to bad at all. To be honest, it gave us a chance to see "Up North" properly, and we did consider staying up that way. You will be fine there!!
