hi
we came to live in adelaide on 11 Jan 07, we stayed at a rental property in Morphett Vale from kprentals in oz. The property was loveley and the landlords great, they made us feel very welcome and gave us lots of advice.
I would recommend them

Hi, we've booked KP Rentals at Morphett Vale for the end of June this year. How did you go about paying for the rental? Did you pay the full amount into their UK account before you left the UK? I've been given their account details and told how much it is, but I'm a bit concerned as you hear about scams all the time. Liz has sent me an info pack, but haven't received it yet. I'm reluctant to pay the full price up front without having any keys in hand.

I wouldn't worry about scams here they are great people. My sister and her family stopped there over xmas. So the house is real and the people are real. we didn't have to pay into a bank account as we live not too far from them.
The house is great though and well worth the money.
If you have any concerns i think you should get in touch with either Liz or Nick

Thanks Tyke, I managed to catch the episodes of Wanted: Down Under where Adelaide was featured and I recall reading a threat on 'the other website' where the Brits that actually stayed there were mentioned. Didn't realise it was the same house. Can't say I paid that much attention to accommodation when watching it, but the pictures of the website look great. Similar to the house we built at Walkley Heights a couple of years ago.

We stopped in kp rentals in oz at begining of June and it was fantastic. I would deffinately recomend anyone to going here. Liz and Nick were were brilliant and so helpful anything we asked they had an honest, informative answer. We only stopped there for a week but the rental was well equiped and very clean and the bed was very comfortable, which i think is very inportant when you are away from home.
