Well what do you reckon to all this bullshot going on about the "new grandstand" in Victoria Park. I see all the oldies have come out of the woodwork again to try and stop the development, typical Adelaidians. The place is only used about 3 times a year for horse racing, once a year for the Clipsal. Yet the old one is about knackered and they want to replace with a new development of offices etc etc.

Better to replace it with offices etc instead of a bloody great long grandstand that'll only be used a handful of times and ruin the view from Fullarton Road.

Pah Grandstand is only a stop gap till they build apartments. Truthfully knock it down and leave it. The horse racing can go and the cars can afford to knock up some temp scaff for once a year.
