Blooming great! A shoe shop that does decent kids shoes!!!!! I have just bought my little ones 1st pair of proper shoes today. Poor lamb has not been able to get shoes to fit her from normal clarks shops.

I am so happy and the staff were SO nice!!!

I feel a celebration coming on! :lol2:

Glad to hear you've finally found a good shoe shop Antonia, I'm keeping an eye out for threads like these as I'll be shoe shopping for my daughter in Adelaide pretty soon.

Really great to read this post. I always bought my kids "proper" shoes in the UK which were fitted properly. Unfortunately my daughter's feet were too narrow for Clarks so we always ended up paying quite a lot for shoes. I've got used to this though and now hate buying the cheaper shoes.

My son is only 2 and I really feel he needs proper shoes and don't always like Clarks so struggle to find anything here. Did get him some good Summer shoes in David Jones in the City (and they were in the sale!). There is also a nice shoe shop in Marion that does nicer kids shoes and they are properly fitted (sorry can't remember the name!).

I managed to get my daughter a pair of Start-Rite shoes in a shop in Harbour Town. They were school shoes and the exact ones she's had in the UK and..... wait for it....... they were only $25!!!!!!!

Struggle with nice kids clothes here as well.
