Tried Maclarens on the Lake restaurant for a meal on Saturday and can recommend others to try. We started with a spicey Thai soup of the day, char grilled steak and shared a tiramasu. Washed down with a bottle of their own Sorrento Shiraz, irish coffees and a beer and whiskey. Bill $107 after Entertainer card discount. Service was great, food brilliant and we had a table overlooking lake before it went dark. One of the best steaks we have had in Aus. Wine was $25 a bottle which was very fair. :cool shake:

We've eaten there and enjoyed it.It was a little quiet if I could complain about anything.

We are going there for New Year's Eve for the third time.
It's a great bash with good food,endless beer/wine and dancing :D

Thats good to know.
I pass it almost every day and wondered what it was like.
Is it child friendly?

On Saturday night a couple of young children in there but we didn't ask for child menu. Give them a bell
