Just thought I would let all who may be interested know of the perfect start to your stay/new life in Adelaide.
We arrived a little over 3 weeks ago and were turned down like so many for official OAA. We searched the net and were lucky enough to find the following website :- http://www.firststeprentals.com/properties.html

The properties belong to a fellow adelaidebrit and I must say they are just what you need after the stresses of moving and long flight are over. We were met at the house and shown around by their friend Sally ( Ovenator ) and left to collapse in a chair. The little touches such as milk, tea & coffee were a nice thought.
The houses are brand new and provide everything you could wish for when you first arrive including TV & DVD.
We were left a helpful pack to help us start in a new country and they made sure that we could contact them at any time for advice if we wished. We were the first to use the houses and I only expect that what is offered will improve as they were interested to know what else we might of wanted but wasn't there.
I know that this may seem a bit of a advert to you out there, and in some ways it is but I will not apologise for telling people about a first class service being offered to help the first few weeks in Australia easier. If anyone wants to know anything else but cannot find the website give me a PM.
