Merry Christmas to everyone,
Decided to cook the turkey the Oz way this year but need instructions! Will have a 4k turkey breast roast and need expert advise on..how long, what temp I need to cook it at (BBQ has lid for roasting) I was going to try a long slow roast and then realised the oracles at AdBrits would know the answer. Thanks for all you expert advice

Have done ours in the webber in the past and iI will be this year It was the best turkey ever . added bnus of leaving the oven free for all the other bits , ie, roasties etc Length of cooking depends on thickness of the piece of meat (turkey ) in the webber so depends how fat your turkey is !! Have got exact times etc in my cook book , PM me if you need any info
