Title: Catteries

kittenlips - March 18, 2004 11:54 AM (GMT)
Can anyone tell me if there are any good catteries in Adelaide? Hopefully we won't have to use one, but if we have a problem finding somewhere to rent with 2 cats, when they come out of quarantine, we might have to use one. :(

If so, idea of prices too.

Thanks in advance folks.

We have used one for our cat and dog , its in the Golden Grove area, about 25 minutes north of the city. $9 for the night for cats and $16 for the dog

Thanks for that Steve and Lyn! How do you find your cats copes with the climate etc? Do you keep your cat in one of these cages in the garden? I hate the thought of them. :(

Chi Chi was born here so she's as you say "acclimatised". We always keep her inside from 7pm through to the morning, about the cage, no we don't and never will, thats for me if i've been naughty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She occasionally brings in a mouse or gecko, without its tail, but thats nature isn't it.

When its hot outside she normally sits under the air con vent like us.
