I've seen this alot, but I've never checked into, so I was wondering what ICQ is, where do I get it, who knows about it, when did it come out, and why no one else I know uses it?

It's been around a LOOOONG time. (1996) Matter of fact, it was the FIRST internet-wide instant messaging program.

I have it, I know ppl who have it, but very few use it.

I have ICQ, but I rarely use it. It is on with Trillian but I only know like 5 people that use it.
