Description: Problems

I didnt know what else to call this thread.
But I seem to have a problem with WMP (windows media player).
Everytime I go to view something, online, that needs to use WMP my player isnt recognized as the current player. Then when it asks me to download the latest version, and I do, it still doesnt recognized it.
Is there a setting in my browser that may be interfering or what?

Open WMP
go to tools
then go to options
then go to file types
see if any thing is unclick (if you'll using WMP as your default player then click it all in )
hope that helps

I did that, but everything was already clicked.
I dont think I have WMP set as the default.
I think it's either the VLC or Real Player. I think its the REal Player because that came up last time I double clicked on a video it opened.

is it a video on your computer?

No, that's why it's only a browser concern.
I dont have any problems watching anything on my pc, but when Im at a site and they ask me to use WMP and then it doesnt find it like I dont have it installed.

Did u update the browser your using?

Yes I did.
I had the problem before I updated as well.
At least there's usually another player that does work for me.
It's not like I can never watch anything, just when it comes to WMP. I mean my WMP works, I can use it to watch whatever, but I just doesnt work in browsers.
