It is confirmed from microsoft, Halo 2 will be released on november 9th.
and they will be releasing a special edition. This will allow those who already reserved a copy of halo 2 to recieve either the special edition or the regular version, according to Game Stop, that recently called me and left a message on my phone.

I just have one question...... why would anyone want to reserve the regular version over special edition? :ph43r: what's been added, do you know?

cool..... and don't worry, if you already reserved it, gamestop said that they automatically upgrade your reservation to the special edition. it costs five bucks more, but hey, look what you get ;)

I think its time to go resevre mine soon...didn't really botther before because I kinda expected it to come out later. I really didn't want to get my hopes up :).
