PIRATES AND NPC's
If your charrie is Captain of a pirate group, you can have a set of npc's as crewmates. However, I highly recommend that you have friends make charries that would also be part of the group. That way it would be "a group of rpers against a group of rpers" opposed to "an rper with a shitload of npc's against another rper with a shitload of npc's"

WEAPONS
Just want you guys to remember that this is a pirate rp. Swords and Guns! Guns and Swords! Guns that Look like Swords! Swords that are really guns! Guns in place of swords that were once part of your swordarm's gun-weilding gunswording swordgun! XD Sure, you can have other weapons. Whips! Hooks and Axes that fit where your hand once was! BOMBS! A famous sword back then was the cutlass - which is sorta like a rapier with a big tsuba that covers the hand. But that doesn't stop you from having Katanas and Regular English Swords! Also remember that some people don't need a weapon, they can use regular fighting techiniques (like in Karate) ~ this is a note to people who don't know what sorta weapons are in the series.

GRANDLINE
The main island in this rp is a good distance away from the GrandLine. So I don't want anyone pretending they're almighty and can cross back and forth through it while riding over monsters in the CalmBlue because they own them all for fancy fish lovin.. =P Let's think animestically for a moment... No.

THE SETTING

Right now the rp is centered around 1 island with maybe smaller islands and patches of rocks around. I'll make a map of the island after watching what sorta threads you guys make. The Island is called GrottoIsle.

When the rp gets more people and such, I'll expand the rp - probably making different forums for the seperate islands and having the main large thread without forum as TheSeas XD. But if you have more ideas, please IM or PM me and give them.

The Way Things Work

Every thread is like a place in the Island. Your charrie can't be in more than 1 thread at the same time. For example:

posting in TheTavern - Chad hangs around TheTavern until getting stooled off his butt and deciding, right then and there, to go back to his home and crash for the night. Therefore, Chad Leaves to TheStreet.

posting in TheStreet - Chad enters TheStreet and aimlessly walks around drunk - completely forgetting where Home is, and passing out in the center of TheStreet.


The Way Fights Work

Fighting should be pretty basic and in line of common sense. For example:

Wrong -
Vlakkie lundges at Grock to strike him in the face with a solid gloved hand
Grock catches Vlakkie, Whips his butt with his long tail, and bites off his head.

Right -
Vlakkie lundges towards Grock in an attempt to tackle the 8 limbed jerk
Grock parries to the side just avoiding the bowlegged demon, and whipes out his tail, attempting to strike him while Vlak's back is turned.



Other stuff you should know

This rp is turnbased. meaning everyone posts in order. So it would be Carry, Quai, Cid, Carry, Quai, Cid. opposed to Carry, Cid, Quai, Cid, Quai, Carry. If a shizload of people are in one place but aren't all in the same conversation - the turnbased thing can be downset to the individual charries rping.
