first of all i have some cool ideas that would attract more people to this site. first off i think what this site really needs is more aviators and icons ! the more the better . i think that there should be at least a couple of anime aviators . next i think it would be cool to add more about music . like for instance maybe add some downloadable tunes that people can load onto their mp3 player . i also think that it would be cool to add a certain time to talking about things . it seems that it takes awhile for people to reply , so ithink that you should add something called late night dicussion where night owls and people talk about something all at once . oh yeah and um some more anime pics would be nice as well along with more quizzies . i dont' know if its' a good idea and stuff but oh well.

You can upload your own avatars so the members don't have to 'pick' from any specific gallery. As long s the avatars are smaller than 100X100. And don't break any rules.

As for a jukebox, I have one in the making (been planning that since last Tuesday infact). I just need to install a few more drives on my server computer to have space to put them there.

Please, next time you post. Either log in or create an acct. Twould be more helpful in alknowledging your presense, ya know?

well um i for one think that this site is really awsome , and that you have done a nice job on it . i luv the colors they are perfect . well i think what might improve the site , would be to add some anime wallpapers , it would be cool to see what wallpapers you could select for your e' desktop as well as browsing through them . i as one also agree with what the unregistered member said in their post . * i think a jukebox would be a nice idea * ) and um maybe some anime merchandise would attract more peeps if you know what i mean . well from what i can gather kids and people these days luv games . maybe some games that people could play would make it more i guess intresting or attract them more *unsure* . and uh uh , maybe reviews on an anime film or series . and uh maybe anime faceplates for phones ? well that s' what i got as an idea for now . This isn't a store.. it's a fan forum. If I sold anime merchindice on this stuff, Invisionfree would delete the forum for breaking one of the rules they have in the 'big admindom in the sky'. Same thing with openly giving out bootleg streamload files out in the open.

As for Wallpapers, join one of the contests for WP one of these days. Those contest winners are going onto my website in the future for people to use and enjoy.

I already made my statement about a jukebox.

Aaand.. If you know of any cool game sites, feel free to post them in 'The Arcade' or 'Chinatown Marketplace' for people to have fun with.

This forum is more suited for a small community of 'invite friend that invites friends'. If you have friends that wont break rules and wont be assholes, invite them.

As long as you and other people post, the forum will be happy and lively. Since the posts are what make a forum, not the untold amount of hours I'd have to take out for goodies.


Haha, but don't think badly of suggesting ideas for the forum or ideas for contests. Who knows what fun stuff may come out of that in the future. Just don't hurt youself in coming up with stuff. Post the ideas on this specific forum 'the Problem Box' or in threads asking about contest ideas when you come up with the epotime of a momental idea.

oh yeah that s' a good idea . i got a bunch of non-asswhole freinds . well one of my freinds shana is into this kind of stuff , and even thinks that anime guys are hot , and likes to watch anime and suff , so i think i could e- her and she could be one of the new members ' to help keep this site running. B) and i will see what i can do to get some more peeps to become members. do you want me to have her ask or e-mail as many non-asswhole freinds so we can get more members ? we could all post stuff like mad without spam or floods and it would be like a whole nother attachment or community of members . Hey, however you get friends to join is all cool, as long as they post something worth it. And follow the rules. Just keep in mind the whole 'small community' thing.. I DON'T want this forum to become like Gaia online. Because I don't want people forming little cliques (where groups of people in the forum form and become assholes to other groups or act like they're better than everyone else). I want everyone to be a family, friends, and spiffy.

Hmmm, well unfortunately, I don't have any friends that want another forum to post on. I asked all of them, but most of them already post on a ton of forums, and gave me lame excuses. All except Dran. Dran's a member of Anime Red, but he doesn't post...the slacker...

Anyway, about the forum. Contests and dl stuff are good and all, but it won't really get more people to join. It'll be nice for those of us that are already here, but I'm pretty sure that it'd break some rules if we did enough dl stuff to get people to join.

One thing that I've seen a lot of other forums do is have articles. I'm not sure if the articles came first or the forum did, but they seem to attract a lot of people.

That and advertising. All you people out there with websites should link here. Also, if you're active in other forums, plug this one. Everyone enjoys stealing forum members form other forums. 'course, this could cause some problems because idiots will start joining, too, but you can't expect to get more members without a few idiots tagging along.

Anyway, those are just a few things that I've seen other forum sites do.

Cornfed is right. advertising the address on other sites is a good idea. Along with putting it in your sigs on other sites. etc etc.

It's a long story of bad mods, cliques, and such on Not only a forum previous to this one (that was actually the reason this one was made, I guess), but I've also gone through crap on other forums. It isn't just assholes and bad groups. But it just wasn't fun, completely sucked.. And wasn't sanitary rp-wise. I only go into detailed stories of what I can cap off the past over rare occations on good IMs with people... *shrug*

well i have some good news . my freind Camella has agreed to advertise this site on her own site at Xanga . com which is www.Super/freeky@ Xanga.com . its' just that i need to know what she needs to advertise it so i can tell her . and i m' still on the search for mebers as well as free willing people who have sites and are willing to advertise . i still need to contact shana about advertising it on her site though and if she wants to join cause she s' real nice and luv s' this kind of stuff .

No further rpgs. We're having a hard enough time keeping the Kenshin rp alive more or less the other two, which was practically in a coma.

Maybe another rp WAAAY in the future. But that's only if we get enough active members to fill the place. And that's only if we box up one of the other rps.

well i see . i guess the rpgs have died down . must have been gettting old . well um i think that there isnt' too much else to day for new ideas unless somone gave me an example of what kind of idea i should be thinking of . *shrugs * ( shrugs all the time ) usually i am so o creative and as i said more peeps should be arriving soon and then you can thank and praise me . ;) lol i really wonder why soo many people left in the first place ? :huh: this site is to awsome to be leaving it !

except for the very small percentage of active people that left, most of the members of this forum were invited, made an acct, looked at the forum for 5 minutes, and left perminantly. It happens all the time and should be taken with a grain of salt.

As said, don't hurt yourself and only come up with new ideas after you plan them out. It would also be wise to make your own threads per lengthy good idea so we can keep things in order and easier to check on.
