i just wanted to tell you guys about this cool viedo game i played and basically describe what it s' like and my reviews on it . this ga,e is used for nintendo gamecube and may be on play station 2 or Xbox you would have to check and see .


well i played this viedo game called Buldur s' Gate Dark Alliance and i had beaten it like a couple months ago . okay this game features an time age of monsters & dragons time period . the graphics of the game are good and its a really intresting plot for a game and i swear its real intresting and fun to play .

the game starts with you choosing who you want to be . you can either be an sorcerer elf , a dwarf , or a human Archer . once you pick who you want to be you then start the game . now just to let you know you begin the game with of course a begining scene as well as having a conversation with to people . from there on the game consits of adventure and specific and some weird tasks that people ask of you and that need youre' help . basically this game has some puzzles in it but features a huge amount of Savage , blood thristy , gory and killing theme of killing down
all kinds of moinsters like dead zombies , wolves , giagantic killer spiders , huge rats , weird and awsome creatures that i dont even know what are called , evil men , ice men , evil elves ETC.
just to let you know this game isnt' SUPER gory andis only rated teen not mature . also what is a little sick about this game is that you are able to sell your clothes for money , it isnt' needed and i personaly dont recommend doing that because its plain gross ! yet it can be fun running around nakid killing the shit out of stuff for some of you out there . and you get a long list of awsome spells that you can use ; like lighting bolt , flame thrower , asteriods falling from the sky onto the enimes , ice thrower , acid arrows , and fire circle where a circle of fire with a symbol can protect you while buring the crap out of eniemes . and so on with the rest of the spells ETC . and well you choose variuous settings that you want the game to have like if you want to see the damage meter while you kill the momnsters and such or if you dont want it .

Now

picking who you want to be effects youre game play through out the game. there is a specific way to change from one character to another if wanted , but isnt' needed . lets say for example you choose to be a sorcerer elf lf , you cant use weapons that the dwarf or human archerer use . i personally played the game using her because she has a long list of magic powers that she can use and that are awsome and gives you a big advantage , im not sure if the human or if the dwarf has them but they may *not sure * and well you get experince points for cerain tasks u
do as well as the number of enimes you defeat
that gets used towards
youre spells to either upgrade them to be more powerful or just to even get them . and well my fav part is hpw its realistic looking to humans and all the cool death chambers and grave yards and such that you go through as well as the part where you slash the crap outa zombies ! :lol:
and well its a cool game ! but its not super popular .

This game is so much fun! I couldn't stop playing it! It's a lot like Diablo or Diablo II, in that it's a hack-and-slash. But there's something about those types of games that makes them so addictive. It's crazy.

You should check up on Dark Alliance 2. It's even better! I suggest being the drow monk. It's great.

Yah I thought that game was cool and a nice two player game and I had it for the gamecube. It still pisses me off the second one is still (and probably always will be) only for the ps2.

Dark Alliance 2 is also for the XBox, though I guess that still doesn't help your not-on-gamecube problem

I played this game alot, it was really fun! Though I wish there was a more of a customized sstem like the Forgottem Realms PC games. Though you can't have it all. After I unlocked Drizzt he was the only one I used. (Huge Drizzt fan, though I still didn't get the newest book) Anyways, the only bad part about drizzt is you can't get better weapons for him, so he was really weak compaired to the other characters in the hardest diffculty.

I still haven't tried BG:DAII but I didn't want to try playing as Drizzt and even Artemis . BUt my friend told me they wern't worth the trouble. I might try it one day.

Did anyone ever try the 2nd? I'd imagine its probably alot like the first.
