When the door is opened, the little bell up above jingles when it's hit, signaling to anyone inside that someone has entered. There is a counter with a door behind, leading to the workroom where Kel is mostly likely to be found. There is a small black kitten curled up on the counter, laying on top of a few papers. There are sporadic weapons displayed in the room, mostly swords and daggers, but a occasional gun here and there.

Kel, surprisingly, is not in her workroom, but sitting in a chair behind the counter, reaching over to pet her kitten occasionally.

It may or may not have been a boring day for the little kid and her store, for that store's workdays was pretty unknown by the pirates that just entered..

There were 3 kaizoku visitors, infact.. 2 were lower class pirates of the Zanfar, and one was the first mate. His name, if you guys forgot already, was Gil.

While the two more unknown pirates went off the touch the different weapons of the Blacksmithe of Blood =P, Gil stopped short of entering and looked wideeyed (as wideeyes as a scuzzy guy like him could get) at Kel - who was mostly likely still beyond the counter...

"No.." Gil started, in reference towards previously wondering why his boss wanted to come to this cruddy boring little isle in the middle of nowhere.

Kel looks up at her potential customers and stops when she sees Gil. She immediately jumps up, runs around the counter and up to him, jumping up and giving him a hug. "Gil!!! I haven't seen you in forever!!!"

"eheh..." Gil started, as barely effected by the jump/hug the girl gave - like a kitten clinging to a great oak tree. He was tense at first, before eventually calming down in rememberance that this was a kid, and slowly raised hand to smooth down Kel's hair.. "Completely forgot you were here on GrottoIsle.." he started.... "No wonder Zako wanted to come here..."

Kel looks up at him, a bit surprised. "Uncie Kizu's here too?! I haven't seen him in a long time either." She then lets go of Gil and walks over to the counter, picking up her kitten. "Guess what?" She smiles at him while petting her cat.

Gil put a hand to his head and rubbed it vaguely.. the other two pirates stopped their fun activity - though one aimlessly stuffed a pretty beaten up knife in his pocket that was free for the taking =P - to watch the confrontation of the little girl and Gil... Obviously, those two weren't around when Kel was in the past.

"Spoke too much.." Gil muttered to himself while stepped up to the counter - vaguely making sure not to step on any traps the kid might've set... Once near the counter, he stopped.. "Alright" His words sounded clumsily amused - he seriously wasn't into kids.. "what..."

Kel smiles and holds up the kitten. "I named him after you." She hops up onto the counter, setting the kitten back down, where it curled up onto its sleeping spot. "So Uncie Kizu's taking a break to visit me?"

Gil was still not sure how to respond to the kid.. back on the ship he accidentally made her cry once.. And apparently realized then he couldn't handle kids... Good thing he was a pirate.

He gave a look to the kitten, who was curling back up, and - playing hand to sides - responded with "Um.. Alright, I'm cool with that. Can't have enough Gils..." Momentary releasal of laugh.. before recovering.. "What? Ah, I guess.. don't know why the capt wanted to take a vacation here-"

"Of course it was to see you!" interupted a rather familliar kind voice from outside the door. In stepped our fav pirate of them all ~ CrimsonKizu! Still wearing hte same outfit. Cept he was now wearing an eyepatch and hat a Slightly different hat - though same brand. Tilting up hatrim, Zako smiled to Kel.. "How it going, Kel?"

Kel giggles at Gil's response to her naming her cat after him, but stops immediately when Zako walks in. "Unice Kizu!!!" She jumps off the counter and runs up to him, giving him a hug before stepping back some, putting her hands on her hips. "You're drunk again..." She scolds him, shaking a finger at him.

Takes the hug much like a father would, but that's all coincidence.. Grinned as she stepped away and scolded him.. And after that, holding onto hat so it doesn't fall off, he bawls out laughing.. "You can tell these things better than most people around here, no matter how hard I try to hide it... Yup, stooled off my ass.." the other pirates laughed and started to leave, deciding to leave the girl and capt alone for now... Gil muttered that he'll see Zako back up on the roof.

"It's all part of being a man.." was a good enough excuse as any..

Finally, Zako removed hand from hat and gestured it out to her.. His voice kind as ever.. "I'll be taking a vacation here for a whlie. So you'll see me around..."

Kel smiles at him. "Yeah, Gil told me you were staying here for a bit." She hugs him again before walking over to the counter and hopping back on it, swinging her legs. She looks over at her kitten, then suddenly jumps off, grabbing the kitten and running back over to him. "Guess what?"

Zako blinked and grinned at hte kitten.. "What? What??" his enthusiasm over what it could be clearly surmounted how Gil was previously..

She smiles and holds the kitten up to him. "I found this kitten a couple weeks ago and named him after Gil."

The kitten didn't take too kindly to being carried around again and decided to make that known, by scratching Zako on the face, hissing slightly.

"Oh Really!" Zako, like the drunken fool he was, laughed again... this was until Gil the kitty placed a paw on each cheek and protruded those 10 inch kitty claws.

from outside a handful of birds fly again as Zako goes "AAAHHHH!!!"

But that al lcame to pass when Gil finally let go. Leaving Zako to grin ear from ear as blood popped out cartoon-like from the new holes in his face. "..... Nice kitty" XD

Kel taps on Gil the kitty's paws. "You're not supposed to do that to Uncie Kizu..." Gil the kitty proceeds to claw Kel's hand, causing her to drop him. "Ow!" Gil runs off into the back room, while Kel sticks one of her fingers in her mouth to stop some of the bleeding. "He does that a lot..." She smiles at Zako.

Calmly removing a hankercheif from pocket, Zako proceeds to clean off his own bloodspatter - with assistance of spit if nessisary... "Does he? Gil must be a real Kaizoku cat, then." snickered before turned and walking back towards hte door - waving with free hand over his shoulder to the kid.. 'Well, just wanted to make sure your shop was still here.. I'll still be around.. but lemmi sweat off the ale first..."

Kel giggled and waved as Zako left, then walked into her workroom and spotted Gil the kitty on top of a shelf. "Get down from there... You know you're not supposed to be in here." She crosses her arms as Gil hops down and walks over to her, rubbing against her legs and purring. She bends down and scoops him up in her arms and walks back behind the counter, setting the kitten back on his papers. "I hope you're reading those for me as well..." Kel sits back in her chair and finds a book to read, waiting for a customer or two.

Kel finally gets bored out of her mind waiting for someone to come in and sets her book down on the counter. She stretches and stands, picking up Gil the kitty and placing him around her shoulders. "Let's go look for Uncie Kizu." She walks over to one of the display cases and slides down a panel, hitting a couple buttons, arming her "security" traps, then slides the panel back into place and walks out the door.

Into the blacksmith steps the CrimsonCut Kaizoku's Navigator, Trekker. He looked around in wonder as to why there were no pirates in the store. He could've sworn a few were in here raiding earlier.. or something...

Fact, this store looked awefully familliar somehow. Trekker pondered, walking into the main part of the shop. Stepping heel first onto a button on the floor.

The first thing he saw was a large spiked ball falling towards his face.. ducking, the man gets poked in teh back with a spear and jumps forewards - almost falling into a pit of spikes "GAH!" but hopping easily over it. this sets up for another button which springs him backwards Over the spear and into a net. the net holds and he hands in the net miserably... "what the bloody?"

Kel walks back into her shop after having wandered around town, something she doesn't do very often, only to discover that many of her traps have been set off and a very familiar pirate caught up in her net. She can't help but laugh at him, finding it amusing that someone she knew would actually get caught. She then crosses her arms and attempts to glare at him, with a smile still on her face though. "Trekker!! You should know better than to get into my stuff without me around!" She starts giggling at him again after that.

Trekker wouldn't responded something legible to being scolded for falling into a handful of traps and, eventually, the net. However, he was too XD to do much.

Just sorta hung there in the net limply, poor guy.

Kel smiles and walks over to Trekker, helping him out of her net. "Next time, watch where you're going." She then walks over to the display case and slides open the panel, disarming her traps and closing it up.

While trekker was being let down, Zako comes in.. watching all the traps going back into place and eyeing with a solid grin the carnage those things unleashed on his navigator.

Of course, doesn't go to help Trekker stand, or ask Kel what happens. Zako merely chuckles, snirks, then Bawls out laughing...

Kel turns and sees Zako standing there laughing, and giggles herself. "Trekker seemed to have forgotten how I am..." She looks up at Zako. "You need to come here more often so things like this don't happen again!" She then walks over to the counter and hops onto it.

Shaking his head slightly, Zako walked up to Kel - stepping over Trekker without actually stepping on him - and ruffled kel's hair.. "Yup... But I like giving them free time.."

He thumbed Trekker.. "Poor trekker.. ever since that incident with the catfish his memory's been flakey."

"SO!" insert charming smile here.. "You been okay since the Tavern incident?"

Kel blinked a little. "Catfish? Did this happen before I showed up or after I left?" She swings her legs a little, anxious to hear about this, then nods at Zako's question. "Yeah, I'm fine... I have a bruise on my leg from where I bumped the chair when I fell, but that's all." She smiles at him, assuring him she was alright.

"Ah.. I don't remember. But the catfish tasted good" with a wink, Zako found a good chair to sit in - narrowly avoiding the fact that the cat was there and, after scooping it up, put it on the ground.

Stretching out slightly, the man looked around at all the weapons Kel probably made.. if not fixed.. "Hey.. What do you think about me letting that theif into my crew?"

Gil hissed at Zako after having been removed from it's spot and hops up onto the counter, laying in Kel's lap.

Kel blinked when Zako mentioned the thief joining the crew. "You want him to join the gang...?" She thinks about it for a moment. "Well, considering I did completely ruin his gun, I could make a killing off him if he asked to have it fixed..." She smirked at that, wanting a way to get back at him for what he had tried to do, but she then takes a serious tone. "But do you really trust him? I mean, what if he tries to do something to you?"

"If he goes after people like you, the guy's probably just hard for cash.. Everyone has a reason for doing what they do.." He went quiet in thought before getting to the point.. "So there's no real reason to not trust him." mutual foolish nod...

Trekker moans slightly, which causes Zako to look down at him.. Onehandedly removing a sheathed sword from a barel nearby, the pirate captain prodded his Navi a few times... Just to make sure he's alive.. or at least conscious..

Kel nods at Zako's response, petting Gil the kitty. "I suppose you're right..." She then watches as Trekker is poked by Zako, smiling and shaking her head. "I don't think he's dead. They usually don't make any sounds if they are..." She laughs a little.

oo "really?" >> *Poke Poke POKE* Trekker goes Yaah! and eventually becomes quietly.. unconscious.. Zako shrugged it off and put the poking sword in his belt. "guess you're right..."

Give or take a moment of silence before he looked to Kel.. "So how's the isle been for you? The people nice?"

Kel laughs, then nods at his question. "Yeah, the people are pretty nice. I mean, there are the handful that do try to give me problems, but that doesn't happen much. It's really quiet here, which is a change from sailing the seas with you, and I can deal with it, if it doesn't go on for weeks... Which is why I'm really happy you guys showed up. I was starting to get kinda sick of how quiet it is." She laughs again, then looks at the sword he put in his belt and points to it. "Are you gonna buy that from me?"

"Maybe when you get a little older I'll take you on another trip." he muttered, tieing the sword secure to his belt.. before his ear turns red towards Kel asking if he was paying for it.. He smiled up at her with a sweatdrop.. "What? I thought this was my sword for a second there..." chuckles, untieing it..

Kel crosses her arms, scolding him again. "You should know better than to take things from me, because I can get you back for it." But she smiles at him. "I'd love to go on another trip with you guys." She perks up a bit. "How much older do I have to be before I can go with you again?"

He eyed her for a sec.. wondering if the kid was cut out to be a pirate. Come on, she snuck aboard his ship and caused all sorts of probs a handful of year back. But cut his smile, that he did not. "Maybe when you're 20... or when my scar" raises his eyepatch to show the main extent of the scar o'er his closed eye "fades away.. whichever comes first" With that the man bawled out laughing, smaking his leg with free leg while pulling sword from his belt and putting it back into barrel.

Kel sets Gil the kitty down on the counter and walks over to Zako, getting a closer look at the scar. "What happened? You didn't have that when I left..."

grins, but it was clear he wasn't much in the mood to talk about it.. regardless of how kind he sounded.. "Sure I did.. I just didn't have the eyepatch and you were a little kid.."

He ruffled Kel's hair a bit more, adding in, "You were one whiney little kid when you snuck on the Zanfar..."

Kel laughed, sitting on the ground in front of him. "I was, wasn't I?" She sighs a little. "I guess that's what happens when you have a rich dad and he spoiled the crap out of you..." She says that with a little distaste, her father being a topic she didn't like speaking about.

Zako's grin practically split his face in half.. Now this was the Kel he knew all too well. as a kid, she talked about really hating her dad. But how could he doubt her? She snuck aboard from evil pirates' ship to escape him. heh...

With an innocent shrug, UncieKizu got up and kicked Trekker awake.. the poor navigator eventually got up and, rubbing the back of his head apologised to Kel and walked outta the building before Zako could make too much fun of him..

"You're welcome for a party on the Zanfar if you want. Dancing, bondfire stories, and tons of Ale! How can you go wrong!?"

Kel smiles and nods. "That sounds like fun. I can find out what you've been doing since I've been here. Hopefully it's a lot more interesting than things here." She giggles a little when Trekker leaves.
