This is a random, beat-up shop in the middle of the 04 slums. A half-shot up sign, hanging at a crooked angle... The name portion shot up beyond recognition, so it's just a hanging gun sign... The windows, two of them, one on each side of the door... Each are covered in chainlink fence with a couple 'eye candy' weapons behind them... There's a counter inside with a wall-o-guns behind it... And a small firing line to the right of the counter.

Some unknown man runs this shop (and he'll have a charrie soon).
