Description: the crap that people pay to see.

C.S. Lewis. A very smart man. In the words of my youth pastor, "He's not a dumb guy." Too bad I find him to be about as entertaining and a brick sitting on a piece of cardboard. But about the new movie made from his world renouned book. Two words: "Em" and "Eh." Put them together and it makes "Meh."

The movie wasn't bad, persay, but I didn't find it overly entertaining. I spent more time looking at the cute girl in front of me than the movie I spent $6.75 to see. So if you think about it, I payed $6.75 to watch a girl watching a movie in the dark...ok, that just makes me sound creepy...

Mostly this movie gives me a feeling of nostalgia than anything else. I'm reminded a lot of the old cartoon version of this movie. Although the white witch fights much better in the new movie. Don't get me wrong, the movie was entertaining enough, I just wish I had gone to the matinee instead of paying the student rate for it. $5 is closer to what I'm willing to pay for most movies.

Movie was pretty ok, for the most part. Nothing really spectacular, but nothing all that bad. On Cornfeds rating scale, I give it an M for it's abundance of imagination, but failure to steal my attention away fromt he girl in front of me.

Yah I didn't go see it because someone told me it was rated PG. How can a movie be good when it's rated PG? I haven't even heard of a PG movie in like 10 years. I heard it was a disney movie to the max, pfffffft I'm not going to go see that. :P

Psh, whatever. Disney rocks. Fern Gully is teh greatness. Aladin is so much fun while under the influence of something. So is fern gully, btw. Mulan is great. So many good disney movies that are PG or below.

I don't want to read or watch this movie, it seems like your run of the mil fantasy movie to me. I heard something about the lion is suposed to be jesus, but that sure as hell won't make me interested in this, less interested if anything. I think the whole idea of this movie is a joke at best. But thats just me.

EDIT: OK I ended up watching this movie because my brother gave a copy to me. OK I'll admit it's not that bad, but the talking animals killed it for me. Well that and the four little kids, everything else was preatty decent.
