I redid the rules in the RKRP. If you see anything else I should take out or put in, feel free to tell me here.

Redid the rules for the OPRP as well =]

I reredid the OPRP rules. Basically just took out the 'you can't have futuristic stuff' rule as it was pointless, reinforced the 'you can now use devil fruit if you want' thing, and while it's not written, I'm opening up the rp to more islands and palces to visit if you make a thread for it.

For the OPRP, like for the RKRP, you're now allowed to make as many characters as you damned well please.
