Not too far from the clinic is a small grocery, run, and owned by a Mr. Satoshi Takase. Satoshi Takase appears to be in his early 40's, and a hint of grey running through his black hair. He's very caring and gentle. He has only two loves in his life, this store, and his only daughter, Aoi, who would often help with the store.

The store's stock is limited to fruits (ie peaches), and vegetables (ie leeks), and of course, rice. Very rarely, Satoshi will come into a good stock of cheese (very rare).
