A tall building located within Layer 2 of Delphoria, adorned in the markings of the FPE. A dedicated base that has over 650 FPE Police Officers, 264 Detectives, and a whole ton of chiefs and executives all working towards ensuring most of Delphoria is crime-free. Officers are trained and employed here, much room of the building devoted towards research and investigation labs. Section 74 is simply one police base amongst many in the Layer 2 of Delphoria, being extremely identical to all the other Section FPE bases.

The entry floors are composed of mainly offices for paperwork and research, with the top floors being used by chiefs to assign jobs to respective officers. The lower levels of the building go towards housing extensive training simulations and firing ranges, to allow FPE officers to work out and hone their skills. The bottom most layers of the building house specially designed interrogation rooms and prisions, filled with various "Information Liberation" equipment that will make even the mute scream out what the FPE wants to know.
