A good night club / bar located within layer 4 of Syndicate territory. It is owned by the Kundren Syndicate Clan, who maintains control over the night club and a multitude of other areas surrounding it. Syndicate men regularly patrol the club, all armed with weapons to ensure that no trouble arises to the paying guests. Many drugs are bought and sold right within and around the club. The Kundren Syndicate specializes in their stocks of Nu-Coke, a specially made synthetic blend of powder that is estimated to be 3 times more powerful than natural Cocaine.

During daylight hours the building operates as a simple bar, usually filled with Syndicate men who are trying to relax while they can. When night falls, the bar is transformed into a big dance club, filled with flashing strobe lights and all sorts of wild techno music. The Kundren Clan chooses who gets in and who doesn't, and anyone who tries to force their way in usually gets executed in a back alley somewhere.

Drugs and alcohol aren't the only things for sale within this establishment, though. Prostitutes (of both sexs) can be found selling their goods both inside and outside of the club. The club itself has very many "Relaxation Rooms" that customers can pay the Kundren Syndicate to rent out for "Private Entertainment.".

Upstairs on the very top-most floor lies the VIP area, only accessible to those who have specific business with the Kundren Syndicate Clan. Treiz Kundren himself is usually in that area, relaxing as he sees fit and discussing business matters with anyone he deems to discuss it with. This area is heavily guarded and strangers who are trying to meet with Treiz for the first time are inspected for Cybernetic Weapons and firearms.
