A small gem located within the horrible slums that is Layer 5 of Delphoria. Hidden to most, but easy to find for those who wish to seek it. It is a small shop run by old-time hacker-specialist who is only known by "Javvy-boy". Javvy is an odd looking cyborg who was rumored to have pissed off the wrong Syndicate clan. Rumors persist that the Syndicate nearly killed Javvy, but in his last bits of strength he re-built his vital organs. Those are only rumors, though.
What is known is that Javvy is one the finest hackers out there in Delphoria. He also plays the role of a good fence for those who have items that are too hot for their own good.
Everyone knows Javvy to be a cyborg with glowing green lenses for eyes, standing a mere 4 feet in height. He usually is seen donning a bowler hat with long dark-brown hair that strays about wildly. Half of his face is a metalic blue, and the rest of his body is covered up by a dark-brown leather coat. Both of Javvy's arms and legs are cybernetic. One of the hacker's most identifying traits is the light clanging noise his legs make as he walks around.
Those looking to get their weapons hacked by a professional come to the easy-speaking Javvy. He'll also hack and modify Cybernetics, although its a lengthy process and the hacker will charge a good amount of Credz for it. On sale Javvy has a wide selection of illegal Cybernetics, as well as illegal firearms that come in both hacked and un-hacked variety.
Perhaps the most interesting aspect to Javvy's business is both his willingness to sell underground information that he finds out by drifting Cyber-Space, and from what he hears from illegal channels. They say "Javvy-boy"'s ears hear everything they shouldn't.
Another interesting aspect to the hackers business is the "Corpse Fencing" he does from time to time. Javvy will buy the corpses of slain Techlightens and slain Cyborgs in order to get their Cybernetics. He places a higher price on fallen Techlightens, due to their exotic Cybernetics.
Overall, Javvy's a great peddler of all things illegal. While he may seem small and odd-looking, many are advised not to get into conflict with him. Those who under-estimate the small deformed Cyborg often end up having their Cybernetics become part of his merchandise.
