WARNING: THE CONTENTS OF THIS DATA FILE ARE ONLY PERMITTED TO BE VIEWED BY "S" LEVEL AGENTS ENROLLED IN THE FREEDOM PROTECTION ENFORCEMENT AGENCY. SUBJECT "High Minister Keronmus" IS NOT TO BE ACKNOWLEDGED TO THE PUBLIC AS EXISTENT FOR REASONS OF NATIONAL SECURITY.

Name: Subject's true name is unknown. "High Minister Keronmus" is the only identification known so far.

Age: Unknown. Subject appears to look young, but the highly extensive cybernetic workings make it nearly impossible for the FPE to determine a physical age.

Height: Subject is estimated to be 5'9". FPE Agents have been unable to confirm this due to lack of visual information.

Build: A nearly perfect build, medium shaped in all aspects.

Hair: Long, wavering, dark-black hair.

Eye Color: Subject is normally seen with steely blue eye tint. However, FPE agents have noted that eye coloration tends to change various different colors.

Typical Appearence: Normally draped in traditional High Minister clothing of the Techlighten faith. Long black robes with dark blue trimming made out of very fine synthetic material, accompanied by a hood that completely shrouds the subject's face in shadow. FPE Agents have noted that his attire usually changes in the rare occasions that he ventures outside of the temple, to a fine dark-black coat with dark-black pants, with a wide-brim hat completely concealing his face.

Biomods: The FPE estimates that the subject has no biomods. The subject no longer retains any biological organs to modify.

Cyberbrain: HIGHLY ADVANCED. All agents are expected to activate layer 667 Firewalls in apprehension of the subject. The FPE estimates that the subject currently has the most highly-advanced and powerful Cyberbrain in the world. It has capabilities that far-stretch the imagination, and our top scientists are still trying to theorize its possible abilities.

Cybernetics: FPE agents estimate that the subject's entire body is a highly-advanced synthetically made Cybernetic. The number of Cybernetics parts incorporated into the subject's body is impossible to truly predict, holding a similiar design to the 8 other High Ministers of the Techlighten Faith.

A noteable and unique Cybenetic our agents have identified though, are the subject's feet. They are highly advanced feet that use the same technology as hover-cars and the popular hover blades. This makes difficulty determining the subject's true height problematic, and adds a "gliding" effect to the subject's walk. This also allows the subject to move at leathally fast speed, something our agents discovered far too late.

Equipment: Subject is only known to carry a specialized staff adorned with the symbol of the Techlighten faith. It has been confirmed that this staff is the same staff wielded by all High Ministers of the Techlighten faith, and has capabilities to shoot medium-strength projectiles. The FPE does not know the exact power of said projectiles. What is known, is that the staff can also transform into a powerful vibro-edged Scythe, which is extremely deadly in melee situations.

Faction Affiliation: One of nine High Ministers of the Techlighten Faith.

Background: Agents have worked over 20 years in searching for any possible data pertaining to the subject before he joined the Techlighten religion. Only one data file was found, that of an "Arthimus Del'Yonae", a medical student studying at a college located in the Western city of Astygrin. The file is dated 190 years back, and is the only piece of data our agents have found that has similiarties to the subject.

While information prior to the subject's admittance to the Techlighten faith is unknown, what is known are the past actions that the subject has committed within the recent 25 years. The Subject has been confirmed to be the newest High Minister to the Techlighten faith, replacing High Minister Yakriz.

The Subject is the single engineer responsible for creating what is now being identified as the Raison'Tek. Abominable androids that use the dead corpses of those slain by the Techlightens as their outer-chasis. Many of our FPE agents have fallen victim to these Raison'Tek, as they're horrifying appearence often petrifies them with complete fear. Raison'Teks are also completely emotionless, and are programmed to achieve an objective by any means possible. They are known to violently charge forward at our agents, holding little regard to how badly damaged they get by doing so.

The Subject also has shown strong evidence of having the most advanced Cyberbrain within the world. This is most likely one of the "Blessings of GEIST" that was bestowed upon the individual upon attaining the status of High Minister. The Cyberbrain is capable of doing what many computer technicians thought to be impossible; wireless hacking of other Cyberbrains.

27 fully-armed elite "S" class FPE raiding agents cornered the subject approximately 12 years ago in an abandoned plant located deep within the Production Planes. The only thing that the Subject visually did was grin, and immediately survellience showed that both of his eyes started to glow bright blue. The top area of his skull also began to glow brightly, revealing the intricate design of the subject's Cyberbrain via transparency. Blue mist also began to pour out of the Subject's mouth, predicted to be excess steam let off by the powerful Cyberbrain during its complex work.

The end result of the event was one that shocked the FPE. All 27 elite agents suffered violent cerebereal convulsions and cranial hemmorages. They all erratically fell to the floor and started to endure a series of horrific seizures, thrashing and flailing about wildly on the floor before dying of intensive shock. The Subject completely vanished from the scene, and investigations report that all 27 agents had their Cyberbrains hacked by the Subject's highly-advanced one. Scanning the last memories stored within the agents' Cyberbrains show that they all witnessed a series of horrific illusions, which set off a chain reaction of violent seizures that were so intense that the entire body ceased functioning.

The FPE is still researching to how this horrible phenomenon happened. This event has put The Subject on the FPE's top-level threat listing, and all information pertaining to him must be kept confidential for the interest of national security.
