Name: Pennance is his given name, or, at least, his 'official' name as it appears on most standard identity documents; However, he's much faster to respond to the title 'Priest' then anything else.
Age: Well, given his skin condition and such, he carries the look of someone in there early thirties, but in this day in age, with all the possible cosmettic work and whatnot... well... it would be near impossible to tell for sure...
Height: Just a touch under six feet high... though, with his boots, it goes all the way up to a whopping six feet... and one half inch.
Build: Slim and springy, given the nature of his position, and the fact that he's only using biomods, anything else would be pure suicide... he can't survive against a heavy 'borg in a fair fight, so his body is painstakingly tuned to avoid one.
Hair: None, completely bald... the follicles have been killed off to prevent new hair from growing as well, allthough he normally keeps this well hiden under an armored hat... Yah, you heard me, armored hat...
Eye Color: Black... all black... everything... so it should come as no suprise that under the armored hat mentioned above, he's wearing a set of very dark glasses...

Biomods: Oh yes... we have such biomods here as you have never seen... but we shall add them later, for our brain is tired.
Cyberbrain: Yes, to a point... however due to the low level shielded electrical signal from the biomods, the cyberbrain has had to undergo certain modifications... The radio that so many people rely on for direct access to the network has been scrapped, replaced with a special purpose radio that operates outside of normal bands. The radio is worthless for standard networking, meaning he can't access the network in his head, but perfectly suited to long-range communications with his overseers. While the frequencies in use are rare, and thus unlikely to be detected except by accident, they will still be blocked or scrambled by the average ECM system, leaving him cut off.
To augment the lack of a proper networking setup, the networking protocall stack in his cyberbrain has been altered somewhat, and special hard-wire systems have been added. There's a multi-form jack just behind his right ear that can handle anything from fiber-optic lines, to ancient phone-jack conections, allowing him to access the network directly, despite his lack of WiFi capabilities. That's not to say the wired conection is perfect... after all, we've all heard horror stories about lighting, and anything plugged into a wall...
Cybernetics: Nope, none, nada, zip, zero, he's naught but flesh, cyberbrain, and biomods... unless you count the multiform jack as a cybernettic bit... but as it's hardwired directly into his cyberbrain... well...
Equipment:
Faction Affiliation: While the factions true name is unknown (because, well, they're still fairly new, and lack the pull of the big boys), it seems simplest to simply refer to it as 'space church', a religious organasation who's primary purpose seems to be 'protecting' the average person from the techlightan empire... or, at least, that's how they see it... To that end, every member, while modded in some way, tends to look as human as possible, trying desperately not to attract attention.
For the moment they seem to be focusing on small surgical strikes against isolated techlightans, no big targets, nothing that can't be swept under the rug... simple hit and run, gorilla tactics, but the doctrine of the church allows for extensive colateral damage, should the target be worth it...
For example, destroying (they don't consitter it possible to 'kill' a machine... though, perversely, they're quite accepting of AI, and conventional cyborgs) High Minister Keronmus would be a goal worthy of destroying most of a contenant, and killing millions... erm... that is... if they had that kind of firepower...
Alas, most of what the church has to work with is outmoded, old technology that they've either tried to bring up to modern spec, or mid-range consumer grade modern day items... no nukes... no satelite weapons... but they are remarcably good at using what they've got to there full advantage. Should they ever be properly equipped, however, they would be a force to be recconed with... that is, after a brief period of adjustment and re-training, of course...
