I think i'm almost done beating Okami. Have you played it? What did you think of it? Personally, I could see how it would rank a 5 out of 5 on X-play. While it's treated like a normal platformer, the art design is fresh and different. The fighting is definately new (what with the brush techniques and all). And the characters are great! Playing this game also randomly makes me wish to see the anime Blueseed again, probably due to the myths that revolve around both.

I only played a little bit of it, yeah I own it, but the scrambled japanese dialog is really annoying. But the game play is really nice.
