I don't know if it could be considered drama, But Izo is a movie you can rent from blockbuster (came out 2004) that's a movie about non-stop, graphic killing for no reason. There are also random bits of sex for, also, no reason. The main character, Izo, is crucified then comes back to life and lets a grudge throw his vengeful spirit into different times and situations. Throughout the movie he slowly looses his grasp on humanity and, dare I say it, kinda looks like Hayate on a bad day.
The movie is bitch long and psychological over grudges and Izo's life as a whole. To split the movie into sections, they put these guitar playing parts in random spots through it. I think the singer is the same guy who plays Izo, but he Can't sing. It sounds like he's coughing up a gerbil while playing. So if you rent the movie and hit these spots, either leave to take a piss or something during these times, fastforward through them, or use the singing as a reason to turn off the movie and continue later. Living through the guy's singing is progressively more painful to bear.
Izo sucks as a whole, but if you're having a really bad day and just wanna see people senselessly die, watch it. You can also watch it if you're high to see what sorta psychological drivel you can make out of the plot.
