Ever rent a bad movie just to.. rent a bad movie?

FutureWar is just that sort of movie you should rent.


No, not buy. Don't ever buy this piece of drivelling crap. Fact, if you can find it, the movie was so bad that MST3k did a take on it. So renting the MST3k version might be better.

Let's get down to the basics of the plot. A guy jumps from the future into presentday california in an attempt to escape slavery from cyborgs. The cyborgs send kamakazi dinosaurs to get him back. He's saved by a wannabe nun in training. And don't worry, I'm not ruining anything, this is all put on the dvd description.

The dinosaurs are either styrofoam or kid toys held up close to the camera to make them seem bigger. The cyborg is a truck driver-type guy in white makeup.

And that isn't bringing up the bad acting.



The only downside I found to this bad movie that made it unfun was that, since the main female character is a nun-in-training, there's alot of bible preeching. But if you look past that, it's a great bad movie.
