I'm getting sick and tired of wasting my money on games that are too easy or sub-par. Almost every game is like that nowadays, especially in the rpg world. Plot is almost completely forgotten, action is repetative, gameplay is no longer fun.

So what games out there should I get? I'm not looking for the next FF7, but something damned well close. I also like challanging or anger-management games like Shadow of the Colossus and the Ratchet and Clank series - all of which are best sellers.

This completely excludes the Wii. Wii games, at least the ones I've played, haven't lost their flavor. Metroid is damned challanging and tough, but worth it.

Well I can tell you not to get Eternal Sonata for the 360. It just suddenly ends and I don't feel anything was explained enough. The combat in that was was fun yeah, but it gets old after awhile. I'm really wishing I didn't buy it. Kinda the same feeling I got after I bought the darkness and crackdown.
