I updated most of the forum descriptions so they're simpler and to the point. Don't know if I should leave the 'etc' in some of them, though. I was really starting to hate the 'in here' parts of the descriptions. I mean, wouldn't that be kind of obvious that said description would refer to the forum it was describing without the added idiocy of 'the stuff I'm describing is in this forum that I'm describing about' tacked at the end.

I also boxed up the Tokyo Marketplace forum because it wasn't being used.
