With all the countless spam bots coming into the IF forums and trashing every lonely one, IF implemented an automatic validating thing. This means that if you join, or make a new acct, you have to wait for me to validate you and let you on before you can start posting. I always get an e-ml about it, don't worry.

The problem is that some people who join have very suspicious e-mls, to the point that I have to do an IP check to see where they're originating from and run by the IF support forum to see if that e-ml branch came up recently in the 'block' listing for bots.

That saying, if I don't validate you after 48 hours or I re-validate you after some unseen decision, PM or e-ml me through AR and tell me that you are a member and not a bot.







Now this is in the problem box because supposedly there are other ways to go about letting members on without having to validate every new acct. If anyone can come up with any ideas, I'd like to hear em.
