1. Everyone has to be human - make sure to fill out a charrie profile

2. No Magic - No magic powers, no magic weapons, no teleportation. No magic. I can't emphisize this strong enough. So be good.

3. The RKRP is held in old Japan - in Edokyo - sorta between when Edo became Tokyo, we gave it a cute nickname. Late 1830's. They didn't have electricity or timetravel back then.

Other than that, Please use common sense... You know not to godmode, powergame, makeout, etc... So just don't do it...

The Way Things Work

Every thread is like a place in Edokyo. Your charrie can't be in more than 1 thread at the same time. For example:

posting in TheTavern - Chad hangs around TheTavern until getting stooled off his butt and deciding, right then and there, to go back to his home and crash for the night. Therefore, Chad Leaves to TheStreet.

posting in TheStreet - Chad enters TheStreet and aimlessly walks around drunk - completely forgetting where Home is, and passing out in the center of TheStreet.


The Way Fights Work

Fighting should be pretty basic and in line of common sense. For example:

Wrong -
Vlakkie lundges at Grock to strike him in the face with a solid gloved hand
Grock catches Vlakkie, Whips his butt with his long tail, and bites off his head.

Right -
Vlakkie lundges towards Grock in an attempt to tackle the 8 limbed jerk
Grock parries to the side just avoiding the bowlegged demon, and whipes out his tail, attempting to strike him while Vlak's back is turned.



Other stuff you should know

This rp is turnbased. meaning everyone posts in order. So it would be Carry, Quai, Cid, Carry, Quai, Cid. opposed to Carry, Cid, Quai, Cid, Quai, Carry. If a shizload of people are in one place but aren't all in the same conversation - the turnbased thing can be downset to the individual charries rping.



Weapons
Ha! You people are FREE! No weapons rule. You can have what you want as long as it's allowed in that place of time. The only weapon I don't want everyone to have is guns. If you want your charrie to have a gun, run it by me.
Don't know what sorta weapons people had back then? Here's a list of a few for your viewing pleasure Old Japanese Weapons Mind you, the list is rusty and I need to knock off a few words. If you have any weapons you feel I MUST HAVE on the list, then tell me =P however, you can have stuff off the list. I'm cool with that. You can also have as many weapons as you want, long as you don't hurt your charrie trying to carry them XD

Occupation
I would like people to try and find a job or place for your charrie to live. You don't have to have one, but it makes the rp more of a community that way.

Currency is Yen. 1 US dollar = 130 yen. =P do your math.

Samurai
If you want your charrie to be a samurai. Keep in mind that Samurai generally don't like it when people who are not samurai wield samurai weapons... You don't have to.. But it's fun knowledge to know ^^ Cops also hate it when anyone has a weapon.. but that's all good. Samurai also like to hang around Dojo's, but I'm not gunna pressure you any.
