The Street. Which is actually made of cobblestone and dirt =P Depends on where you are, I guess. Connects all the buildings, ya know?

Zako continued on one of his many funhearted strolls. He played with a few little kids that always seemed to tag around him til it came the time that they had to go home. But Zako was perfectly fine with this - he knew they'd try to wrestle him to the ground or take him places or ask for funky pirate stories the next day.

The streets became somewhat numb. Not many people were around at this hour(most likely cause most were eating). But hey. Since the KrimsonKisu wasn't hungry, himself, he just occupied himself by sitting beside the large fountain in the middle of thestreet and polishing his cutlass - cause he could.

Tag sat against a wall on the dusty road. He still hadn't returned to teh gunsmiths, and it was likely he wouldn't any time soon.

The poor boy was broke. Typically this wasn't a problem for a pirate, but Tag prefered stealing from other pirates at sea to robbing villagers.

Especially when he couldn't make a hasty retreat. Tag was still waiting for his friend to bring the map. It should only be a few days now..

Tag smiled at the thought. Still, it didn't help his current problem any.

*Kai sneaked through the alleyways of the streets. Still fuming over what Rancor had said. He tried to keep out of sight of everyone, since he was still in his Marine uniform and there were many pirates in this town. He made his way to Kel's blacksmith shop and quickly walked in.*

Kel had just sneaked out of her own shop, mostly to keep Kai from possibly hearing her leave and trying to stop her. She had come up with a plan and was determined to go through with it. She ran down the street to the beach.

Tag was grinning from ear to ear. He now had the money to get his gone back. The fact that he'd earned it sweeping some old guys shop didn't matter to him. His pistols were very important to him.

So now the boy was once again headed to the smith's.

Tag let the smiths shop and started walking down the street again.

*Kai ran out of the blacksmith's shop. He stuck to the shadows out of habit and to keep from passing out. At the moment he didn't care if other pirates saw him in a Marine uniform, he needed to find Kel before she did something stupid. He ran to the shipyards to see if she was there, after a quick look around, he hadn't found her, the next closest place she could have been was the beach, so he ran there.*

*Kai sneaked out of the blacksmith's shop and wandered down the street aways. He spotted a clothing store up ahead and sneaked around to the back of it. He opened the back door, beaned the lone shop owner in the head and came back out a few minutes later with a nice black hat, a bit more money, and a long coat, which's collar managed to cover up the one around his own neck. He then walked to the tavern.*

:-:Unfortunately for Kai, Seirei was in the area as he had come out of the blacksmith shop and as she saw him, she'd almost immediately recognized him from the picture Kon has given her. Trails after him, waiting for him to come out of the clothing store, unable to stop herself from grinning at him attempt at a disguise. Shakes her head a little and follows toward the tavern. Keeps only a few feet behind him, casually walking down the street. Plotting her next move she decides to come up behind him and raise her hand to tap him gently on the shoulder.:-: E-excuse.. me?

*He turned around to see who had tapped him on the shoulder. It was a woman, one he hadn't seen around here, but then again, there were a lot of women and men he'd never met here.* Hi.... what d' ye want?

Um. I... feel sort of silly saying this, but.. I'm new around here and.. and you know, I don't know anybody. :-:Lowers her eyes to the ground.. fidgeting just a tad.:-: ..and.. well. You looked nice enough from a distance I suppose. And usually I get bad vibes around mean people and.. and I don't have that feeling so I was wondering if.. maybe.. I could sit at your table with you to eat? Just.. so I'm not... alone? Does that sound really stupid..? :-:Raises her eyes, keeping her head bowed, gazing at him with a small pout, wringing her hands idly.:-:

*He thought about it for a moment. It wouldn't hurt if she did sit with him, maybe he could convince her to pay for the bill.* Eh... fine, ye can sit with me if ye want. *Kai then turned and headed into the tavern.*

Really?? Thank you! I knew I had a good feeling about you! :-:Smiles brightly, following after him. Her eyes scan the interior of the establishment and she shrugs a little, brushing those dumb bangs out of her eyes.:-: So Mister, what's your name? Whatcha do around these parts...? I bet it's something exciting! More exciting than me, I know. Oh! And don't worry, if I get annoying, you can just whack me in the head. It's okay. It's what most people do... :-:Laughs quietly.:-: You have the piratey accent it seems, sir. Very attractive.

*The next day after frist meeting Seirei, Kai walked out of the blacksmith's shop, still wearing the large black hat and trenchcoat to cover up his Marine uniform. He desided before meeting up with Seirei again, that he should really get something else to wear so he could ditch the uniform.*
*He found yet another clothing store and this time actually bought his clothes (from the money he stole from the last clothing store). He got a light blue Tshirt and some dark blue pants. After changing into those behind an alleyway and hiding his Marine uniform, he then made his way to the tavern.*

:-:It is the next day after she has met with Kon once again, to speak about Kai. Her.. mission of sorts. Sighs quietly, a little bored as she wanders the streets, hands stuffed into her pockets. Her hair is free from its usual tie and sways as she walks. Earlier, she found a nice, modest house... and has bribed the people there to let her use it whenever she needs it. Currently in civilian clothing, having not much on her mind other than thinking of a suitable punishment for Kai.:-:

*Kai walked down the street, in the sun no less. Though the reason for that was because the hat he'd gotten had such a wide brim that it shaded him quite well. The trenchcoat he wore also kept most light from bothering him. He was on his way to the tavern for lunch as usual when he spotted Seirei.* Oi, nice t' see ye here. *He smiled and walked over to her.*

Kai! :-:Seirei blinks, surprised to run into him. She was absorbed in thought and wasn't paying attention at all until she heard his pirate dialect.:-: Hello! :-:On a whim, she steps forward, wrapping her arms around his, smiling up at him.:-: Come with me! My house isn't far and I can make you that food I promised you!!

Oh, ye can?! *He blushed from the embrace, but hugged her back. He grinned anyway.* Good thing, I was getting hungry an' I'd like t' try yer food. ^^

Alright then, come with me! It's not too far at all. :-:Takes his arm, laughing quietly as she'd proceed to tug on it and lead him on down the street to her humble abode.:-: I actually already have a few things cooking... but, um. Kai? :-:Pauses.. and then adds quietly.:-: I'm.. I want.. to become a Marine. Like you. So I'm going to, okay?

*He grinned when she mentioned that food was already cooking, but his face became serious for a moment when she mentioned joining the Marines. His feelings were mixed on it. He didn't want her join the Marines that he hated so much, and secretly didn't want her getting hurt by them. But he had to addmit, it would make his life a lot better if she would join.*
Well... I could always use the compainy... but ye sure ye want t' become a Marine, it can be hard work.
*They walked to her house.*

:-:Seirei hops on off the boat and makes her way down the street just a very short distance, stopping then to see what Kai has to say about where they can go. Sighs gently, turning her gaze up toward the sky, hands stuffed in her pockets.:-:

*He followed her aways and stopped next to her.* Well... I suppose we could go t-o see Kel. I should tell her that I might not be around f-or awhile. An' if she asks, I'm not in the Marines, ok? *He blushed a little and then walked to the blacksmith's shop.*

:-:Arches a brow, hands moving to rest on her hips then.:-: What the hell is so bloody terrible about Marines? :-:Grumbles.. and then follows Kai off in the direction of the blacksmith shop. Sighs... just glad to have something to be doing at the moment.:-:

Nothing, just dun tell her, ok? *He looked back at her for a moment, then openned the door to the blacksmith's shop and walked in.*

:-:Wanders along down the street, looking around, trying to decide on a place to go to. Her stomach growls again and she sighs, looking toward the tavern as though deliberating over whether or not to go in there and put some food in her stomach. Maybe she'll trick Kai into paying.:-:

*He ran up along side of her and looked down at her.* Arr y-ou still hot? We could go t-o the tavern and get y-ou something to drink. I wouldn't mind getting some food, t-o.

I... guess so. :-:Quietly.. looking a little perturbed. Brushes her bangs out of her face and heads on a little further down the street to the tavern entrance, where she'd then head along inside.:-: You're paying though.

What? I hardly have any money, how am I supposed t-o pay f-or food? *He looks into his pocket to see how much he had, it might be enough to pay for the two of them. He then sighed and walked inside.*

:-:After leaving the tavern, Seirei stalks on down the street, quite obviously irritated. Kai never ceases to get on her nerves. Headed toward the area to take a boat to the Marine Base, her hands are clenched into fists at her sides, eye ticking a time or two, swearing and complaning under her breath.:-:

*He looked down at her, she looked pretty irritated, but it looked like it was probably from something that wasn't her being sick.* Arr you still mad that I want you to see the doctor?

Shut up. I'm not in the mood. I HATE ALL DOCTORS!! I'd hate you if you were a doctor, luckily I don't hate you anyway! You can be annoying and gluttonous and yet for some reason beyond my imagination, I'm finding that you're not so bad and that makes me want to hate you more than ANY doctor! :-:Rants words quickly spilling from her mouth.:-:

*He thought over what she said, it was good and bad at the same time, though in the end, he decided it was mostly good.* So you like me. *He smiled.*

:-:Growls slightly, going into the boat, heading to the Marine Base island.:-: Unfortunately... :-:Turns away from him, running her hands through her hair, having the urge to bash her head against the railing. Or to jump off. Or stab Kai. Yes, the last choice is most appealing.:-:

*Kai walked into the streets with Seirei, looking at her curiously still.* Why do you carry rings around with you? Those look expensive, too, where'd you get them? *Starting to wonder how much money she really had.*

These...? Pfft. They're junk. They're only 24k white gold... :-:Seirei rolls her eyes as if it were absolutely nothing. Puts the chain around her neck to keep track of them and looks around, having no idea where to go.:-: Where should we head...? I don't know where anything is. Still not... quite used to this grungy little place.

What do you mean 24k is nothing? Those have got to be worth quite a bit. This town isn't really that grungy, either, I've been to much worse. *He stops in the street and glares at a few people laughing at him and his leash, while trying to think of where to go.* I... really don't know where a church is, not like I ever went or cared.

I went whenever it was required as a child... however, my participation dwindled as I got older. You have no idea where even a chapel is...? Mm. That could pose a problem then. :-:Frowns, tapping her lips gently with a finger. Blinks at him.:-: Really. This is nothing. I mean, they don't even have any jewels set in them. Not like my others.

Others?! *He looked at her in shock.* You mean you have other rings worth more than that? How rich are you?! All I ever had was me necklace that Kon stole from me... it had a dragon on it, like me tattoos on me arms.

:-:Seirei reaches over and smiles, tugging on the leash.:-: Oh. And I was juat about to take this off of you, too. Tsk, Kaitou. Of course I have rings worth more than this. :-:She suddenly gives Kai an odd look, as though it were perfectly normal.:-: Rings, bracelets, necklaces, earrings... paintings at home, you name it. You mean... you don't? You really only have that one necklace?

Aye, I only have the one necklace...and I don't really have that anymore because of Kon... and I'm sorry for talking piratey, I didn't mean to, could you please take this off, please? *Giving her an sweet smile and an innocent look.*
