Ok, ok here it is... A while ago KK requested that I do a few profile things, a few weeks ago in fact. Due to my own lazyness... and a case of writers block the size of, erm, a... big... thing... I didn't even get it mostly finished untill last night. Now, this isn't as perfect as I'ed wanted it... but... well, I felt it's better to give what I have then sit on it and perfect it. Feel free to give suggestions... prods to get back to work... yah, things of that nature. Sooo... here it is. Ninja, bring forth the profile...

:ph43r:

What I believe we need, in this dark age of near communications blackout, is a new life… One to serve our needs. We can create such a creature, for a price of course…
-C.E.O. McMoramonti, KZX Industries, Earth prime
Name: Derak

Enhanced immune system, more backups then an AJACKS tank, disease proof, poison resistant… naturally speaking, these things are damn near immortal.
-Unknown tech, internal memo, KZX HQ.

Age: 121 total, 46 of those years were spent in cold-storage.

Confronted with the options available, we decided to mimic the usual male/female relationship with the lesser dragons… It made the gene-grafting so much easier, and gives us a more predictable family unit.
-Research leader Amalieadon, taped conversation, KZX labs.

Gender: Male

The Eseliean race rather resembles the great dragon races of legend… Admittedly, this wasn’t our first goal, but when creating a cold-blooded small airborne creature, what other designs did we have to fall back on?
-Eseliean concept designer, name withheld.

Species/Race: Eseliean bio-dragon (lesser). (Non anthro dragon)

Height: Six feet at the front-shoulders, nine feet with the head fully extended upwards.

Weight: Roughly 800 lbs. High density.

Build: Make no mistake about it, despite his weight Derak is in excellent physical shape. And yet… the only real bulging muscles are those attached to his wings and tail, the flight muscles.

Color coding was of prime interest in the early experiments… but this aspect was quickly abandoned, as by the third generation they caused certain… undesirable… patterns. Needless to say, the older projects were terminated or sterilized; after all, we didn’t want them polluting the gene-pool…
-Project leader Amoramenos

Scale Color: Creamy brown… the same color as the perfect pancake… or a roasted marshmallow… or certain varieties of doughnuts. The scales are much lighter on his chest, and feet… and darker along a stripe on his back and tail.

I’ve heard it said that you can see snippets of a person’s personality from there eyes… If that’s true for us humans, I prey it doesn’t hold true for dragons as well. If those tortured orbs show anything of the personality… humanity is surely doomed.
-Trix Brook, The dragon within.

Eye Color: Strangely, with the massive coloration differences possible, every lesser dragon has the same eye coloration… that of green on the outside, turning to orange, then a large slit pupil… rather likes a true lizard’s eye.

What need have these dragons for clothing? Protection? Feh, we’ve already put in thick enough scales for that. Modesty? My god… these are animals we’re talking about… made by us, and for us. Such things are reserved for full sentient… not some vile test-tube freaks. They need nothing of the sort.
-Anonymous

Clothing: Derak’s ‘clothing’ consists of little more then a currier-pouch system, a heavy harness made of a combination of fiberglass, Teflon, Kevlar, and a few other ‘innovative’ materials. All this feeds into a rather elaborate locking system, designed to hold on to nearly any conceivable container design. Small tools are contained within the locking system, as is an adrenal-boost syringe, for making a quick getaway… or an all night flight.

Accessories: Welllll… he does have the box from his last currier mission… with its precious, though unknown cargo still safely inside. However, under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will he open it… he’s not only honor-bound to try and deliver it, but genetically coded to resist opening it without a direct order to do so. This order, however, does NOT have to come from an authorized person… *hint hint*

Other Description: … none really…

Keep in mind, gentlemen, that we can program, instinctive behaviors into these creatures… We must choose carefully however, for while we can program most all of our creations… aberrations are always possible.
-Lead programmer, Jek

Occupation/Class: Currier/airborne reconnaissance. Derak was programmed to deliver packages, information, and construction materials over long distances… He was also to deliver any relevant information on, shall we say, unusual encounters…

… I therefore suggest, gentlemen, that we do something about these… troublesome… moral attachments…
-Project leader Amoramenos
Pets: None. Ever. At all.

Abilities/Skills & Power Level: He’s a powerful flyer, but far from the level achieved by mechanical flight systems… his forepaws are fully articulated, and his cold blooded nature allows him to slip through thermal-optic sensor systems. His scales, furthermore, are designed to scatter radar echoes, rendering him invisible to such things.

Special Effects: Well… under backlight he looks really trippy…

Description of Personality: Happy/bouncy around other dragons… a bit more reserved, but quite happy around furs, and completely sober and depressed around large groups of humans. He seems especially happy, almost giddy, when doing trick-flying, or just moving around.

Bio: … (To be published when the I get my lazy ass up and start writing again)

"What is your ambition?": “Well… this isn’t on the record is it? Good. I guess… all else being equal… and since I can wish for everything… Complete freedom. No more veiled threats against me, my family, my kind. Humans made us… but they can’t un-make us without a fight”

Ok... so there it is... Ninja, take it away :ph43r: , lets see what sort of stuff this generates. Another couple profiles should follow withen the next few weeks. I look forward to seeing responses.

And... here it is, the second installment requested by KK. Fear it... or the ninja shall hunt you down...

_________________________________________

Name: Khrivashtnoi

Age: 29 years since the merger… Dragon components read at about 300-315 years old, Demon parts read at around 580, give or take a few years.

Gender: Male

Species/Race: Russian created Dragon/Demon hybrid. Blue dragon, Black demon.

Height: Seven feet tall at the top of the head, around eight and a half with wings extended upwards.

Weight: 322 lbs, yet he can fly easily.

Build: Solid… very solid… This is the kinda guy you DON’T want to go up against in a fight. That’s not to say he can’t be hurt… but just try to be using a high-caliber AP weapon if you plan to do much damage.

Skin Color: Black and blue, or, more accurately, black smooth flesh (think killer wale) with blue scaled highlights. Certain sections of black-flesh contain hardened spikes, generally facing backwards; the forearms for instance.

Eye Color: Slitted red… The red from the Demon half, the slitted from the Dragon. It’s a very interesting effect.

Clothing: A full Russian military officer’s uniform… extremely large steel-toed insulated boots, heavy black pants, a lightly armored coat, and one of those nifty Russian hats. Strangely, all Russian insignia has been removed, in some cases forcibly, from the uniform. The coat can either be worn over folded wings, or open up in the back around a set of pleated overlapping edges to allow the wings full freedom of movement. The down side is, while the wings are extended, in cold weather, he looses body heat at an incredible rate.

Accessories: The uniform (which happens to be stolen), a small book (the title has been worn off, but he tends to read it in times of moral or emotional difficulty), and a set of dog-tags. Everything but his name has been filed off. About the only other thing he has is a smallish armored bracer on his right arm. He doesn’t even have a firearm with him, though he knows how to use one… if it’s big enough for him to use.

Other Description: His emotional disposition is way off from what’s generally expected, given his merged body types. In fact, he spends quite a bit more time moping about, using depression as a means to overcome the sometimes violently different viewpoints given to him by the combination of dragon and demon instincts. Nobility and hostility, serenity and rage, power and control. Some parts work well together, others fight a never-ending war. Given time, and without proper guidance, he may well go completely out of his mind.

Occupation/Class: One of a kind experiment… He’s got a set of mismatched skills, from fighting to driving… cooking… assorted repair and utilitarian skills. Sort of an ex-military fix-it man… demon… dragon… thing.

Pets: None. Zero. Nada.

Abilities/Skills & Power Level: Aside from his odd skill-set, Khrivashtnoi is quite strong, and has damn near supernatural endurance. He has a very, very, persistent mind. He might not be the brightest one, taking longer to come up with a decision, but when he does, it’s usually the right decision. This also means that, should one attempt to use illusory magic on him, if it’s anything less then perfect, his mind will grip the flaw, and tare the illusion apart. Oddly, despite his material, he has no magic of his own.

Special Effects: He speaks with a heavy Russian accent, and seems to have a knack for blending in with snow. Other then that… a large network of Chromophores in his wings provides excellent camouflage capability to his wings.

Description of Personality: Depressed, realistic, honest… he’s on the borderline of being a pearl among monsters, or nothing more then a psychotic wreck. For the moment… he tends to be withdrawn, controlled, and afraid to side with either part of his nature. He’s random… and at times unpredictable, that is, when provoked.

Bio: Khrivashtnoi himself was created as part of a top secret soviet project back on earth-prime. O’course, as always with such things, everything went horribly wrong. They had planned to have an easily controlled superman… but what they got was a questioning fully independent new form of life.
Then everything got all weird. Somebody decided to pay a visit, uninvited like, from outside the base… raised a little hell… and started cracking heads. Somewhere along the line all hell broke loose, literally. A fiery gate opened up and a rather sizable number of demons broke through. Khrivashtnoi was thrown into a stasis tank during the attack, against his will I might add… but from there… well… he dreamed.
And from there… well… yah. I guess that’s where the story picks up…

"What is your ambition?": “My ambition? You ask me? Ask my makers… they seemed pretty damn sure of themselves, Oh, wait, better yet, just go back in time and ask the dragon… ask the demon… I’m sure they’d give you an answer. Whassamatter? Never seen a sarcastic Russian hybrid before? Feh.”
