Just wondering. What new cool anime has come out in the last year (that hasn't been forumized) that you find rules all?

Describe the anime or anime movie and why we should go see it too XD what genre is it?

Fact, ******, describe Any new anime - forumized or not - that has come out or has been subbed in the last year. ^^ I'm really interested towards getting into something new ;)

For new and cool I will go with Gunslinger Girl. It is the story of several young girls who are rescued from horrible pasts by a military organization. They are reprogrammed with hypnosis, given enhanced bodies, and trained as assassins. While there is good action in m0st episodes, the story of the girls' struggle to retain part of their humanity takes center stage. Also, if you are into weaponry, they had a great technical adviosor on this series. All the guns, rifles, tactics... everything is very real.

While I've only seen one episode of R.O.D. I can say that it's pretty cool. It's about a bunch of people who have the super ability of using paper! They solve crimes and whatnot using this power. Some of it's pretty clever. I recommend you check out the 3 episode OVA as well. While not as good in my opinion, it's still a good watch. Uhh... genre? Action? Meh. Not sure.

Tenjho Tenge is a fighting anime about these kids who go to school and fight... a lot... And fighting happens. I'm only up to episode 3 (?) myself, but I've been told it startes to actually develope a plot. The manga has lots of DBZ jokes in it. XD Why should you watch it? The fights are well animated. The characters are pretty cool, most of them. And ... because the fights are cool. x_x I fear that I shall become Takayanagi's fan girl soon...
