Anyone go to see it? I thought it was pretty good, even though you know what's going to happen. :P

OMG!!! That guy NEVER listened to his sons! Troy would have survived if the king had just listened to his sons! GAH!

I heard it was...bad..deviated a lot from the original and was all showing of pretty boys and pretty women...at least that's what I heard...

Nothing wrong with showing of pretty guys and girls. Ah Brad was so hot in it..and Orlando didnt look too bad and neither did Eric Bana.
@Lewis D- That's almost the same thing my friend said, the one time he did or said something right he gets ignored.

My first impression throughout the movie was "sob, this just really puts things in perspective of how many people there really are that're going to hell." That aside, it was an awsome movie, though. I really liked how they changed the fighting style to how people fight in other movies to make it really unique. And yea, I was really liking the movie until they showed the horse, then I went, "Ah Shit!" It ruined the movie for me. :.(
Apart from all of that, though, there was the fact that how long the war took (a whole ton?). And in the movie, it didn't. How it didn't? Nobody aged! I don't think that's a bad thing, but I didn't actually realise it 'till someone reminded me of it later.
