Coolest bad guy: Dracula, from Castlevania:STON.... he defines cool with his awesome one liners and his combination of hatred and apathy towards people.

Worst bad guy: Seymore or however it is spelled from FFX. That guy was a butt pirate... and he was just over all lame.

Evil sick and twisted: Kefka, FFVI. Dude.. he BLOWS UP THE WORLD! his best quote: "Hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate "

Hardest: Your mirror form in SH3 on teh hardest dificulty. Demon Bonham can back me up on this one. 46 shotgun blasts to the face and she is still standing... sheesh.

Easiest: Anything from .hack. I mean, once you leveled up, you were unstoppable.. except for maybe teh virus dragon.. but even he can suck my nuts.

Dullest: anyone from Robotech: Battlecry. I may love Robotech, and I even loved the game.. but the bosses were just poorly programmed AI with ultra powerful weapons to offset their stupidity.

Most challenging: the BOW from RE:Code Veronica. I could not get him dzzy AND hit the hydraulic sled starter to save my life... it took like 8 hours.. yeah.. pretty bad.

Here is my add on question: What badguy (or badgirl) would you be most scared to meet in real life? For me, it is Nemesis from RE3. "STAAARSSSssss...." yikes.

I currently am too tired to honestly think, so I'm going to make my list based on FF games... :P

Coolest badguy: Kefka from FFVI. Sephiroth does NOT even compare to the circus reject's insanity or destructive power. :P

Worst badguy: Seymour from FFX, followed VERY closely by Kuja from FFIX. Seymour was the worst FF badguy EVER!!! As one of my friends put it, "he has NO BALLS and his voice shows it. He has no reason to be evil (other than the fact that he wants to). His hair is physically impossible and his bathrobe is far from intimidating. Not to mention he has NOTHING to do with the plot of the game. You can tell his parts were written into the story merely to make sure people remembered he is supposed to be the bad guy." And Kuja just threw a damn big temper tantrum because he's a whiney, bitchy girly-boy who couldn't have his way. :P

Most evil, sick and twisted badguy: Once again, that goes to Kefka. Who else can poison an entire castle full of people and laugh, then practically get away with it?

Easiest and Dullest badguy: Yu Yevon (Final boss) from FFX. He didn't do ANYTHING. Well, he supposedly does cast Ultima on you, but he never got that far with me...

Hardest badguy: For right now, I'm gonna say Kefka, but that's only because I haven't been able to get to him in the final fight... Can't get past the damn third tier...

Most challenging badguy: Hmm... I would have to say Bizarro Sephiroth in FFVII... I mean, I could've easily beaten him by using Knights of the Round, but where's the fun in that? :P I actually enjoyed going through and beating each part of him piece by piece.

Who is the coolest badguy? Kefka from FFVI, through and through. He's crazy, he's powerful and he really DOES succeed in destroying the world. Plus, he can say something like, "Son of a submariner" and it'll make you wonder if that was the actual quote or editing in the game because he really WOULD say something like that.

Who is the worst badguy? Seymour. He's "evil"...why? It's more like he's just there to annoy you when you're TRYING to get something done. He's like an optional boss thrown into the actual storyline only to piss you off.

Who is the most evil, sick, and twisted badguy you've ever known? Kefka, baby. He ain't afraid to use his badass illusion power and kill you while you're down. Plus, like I said, he actually SUCCEEDS in destroying the world.

Who is the hardest and easiest, dullest and most challanging? Well, damn. Hardest is.. uhm. Braska's Final Aeon. BUT, mind you, when I fought it, my characters were barely out of their OWN sections of the sphere grid. Easiest would be Yu Yevon, hands down. Yes, he DOES cast Ultima.. but you have permanent Auto-Life!! Dullest is Ultimecia. She's boring. She just has a lot of HP and that's IT. Challenging? Eh? Well. Uh. Oh! That Phantom Bastard in Neverland from Kingdom Hearts!

Who is the coolest badguy? Golbez. He was like Kuja in the way he orchestrated everything, minus the whole 'I'm a woman trapped in a mans body' thing. And he never lost his cool when things went wrong because, quite frankly, they never wen't wrong. He was the steriotypical evil villan, done right.

Who is the worst badguy? Gilgamesh. I mean, nothing against him personally. He just doesnt know how to be a good badguy.

Who is the most evil, sick, and twisted badguy you've ever known? My old math teacher. In videogames though, I'd have to say Kefka.

Who is the hardest? Sephiroth, in Kingdom Hearts.

As for the coolest end boss sequence, I'd ahve to say the one on Kingdom Hearts.
