Why Do We Love Anime?

Want to know why we love anime?
Why we keep watching it day after day?
If it is an answer that you need,
you better be very patient indeed!

Totally crazy, off-the-wall jokes.
The writers must surely be crazy folks!
The suddenly appearing hammer
will give your funnybone quite a whammer!

All sorts of dazzling energies!
Transformation sequences sure to please!
The effects are sure to make you say,
"Wow, I'm really totally blown away!"

For males, hot girls with beautiful eyes!
For females, some really cute, bishi guys!
You will find yourself starting to drool
when the anime hot folks show their cool!

Kitsune, monkey folk, nekojin.
Anime creatures will make your head spin!
Giant mechs, robots, and many more
awesome anime machines are in store!

So filled with so much amazing art!
You'll love each and every single part
of the visuals and all the sounds!
All the astonishment simply abounds!

Oh and no worries, there is no doubt
that of new joys you will never run out!
There's just so much anime to see!
You must wonder just how much there could be!

So now my friend, do you understand
why anime mania sweeps the land?
If not, go watch some! I guarantee
an anime fan you shall quickly be!

XD that was great man. It was even better when I read it alloud.

What I really like is that all the beats for each line can be matched up. So the flow of the poem keeps it's rythem. The rhymes are also great. XD Whammer made me laugh.

Not to mention that reading the poem made me smile. How true, how true. ^^ Hope to read more of your poetry sometime, ne?

that was all I had to say, quite honestly though, that poem should be the national anthem for all anime fans...read at the start and end of any anime con around.....truely...
